Ability to remove the deleted users from the performance report
We want to have an option in the performance report to permanently remove a deleted user/group extension from the list, currently there is no option to do it and it's a bit annoying to do an extra step just to exclude this deleted user/group from the report, or once the user/group extension is deleted the performance report will sync the changes automatically.

We deleted a user and now have her extension and number tied to a new user. In analytics, it is still showing the deleted user as making calls since her extension and number were given to the new user. Is there a way to rename this deleted user to show that she is deleted or is there a way to now show her at all in analytics rather than have the stats from that extension and number occur twice? (as both the deleted user and new user)

We have deleted users on the account and as per article"https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Analytics-Portal-Performance-Report-Data-Discrepancies.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US" the data of the deleted users will stay on the analytics for 6 months, please include an option to hide the deleted users when generating reports on analytics
