Call Screening option directly under Call Queue
We wanted to have an option of Call Screening under their Call Queue directly not just under user extension.

 commentedRobocallers and spam calls have become a huge disruption in my workplace. My office utilizes the call queue for most of our business calls, and RingCentral currently doesn't have a setting that allows for call screening in a call queue group; call screening is only available on a user-by-user basis, as far as I can tell.
