Increase the data retention duration for call recording
Would be helpful for legal and tracking purposes/report if the data retention for call recording will be at least or more than 6 months.

Due to many new requirements by organizations like CMS calls recording are required to be kept for 10 years. With cloud based technology the storage can be unlimited. Even for an additional fee.

Extend the stay time of the call recordings from 90 days to a year.

I think it would be very useful to have the option of allowing for a longer period of time for call recordings to be available. The current 90 day period is pretty good, but sometimes a situation comes up where it would be handy to go back on an older phone conversation. Giving subscribers the option to keep their recordings for 1, 2, 3 or 5 years would be great - even if it came at an additional cost. Then subscribers could decide if they wish to pay to keep recordings longer. Maybe even have the option to be extension based so it can be turned on for specific extensions only.
