Implement manual pause and resume of automatic call recording in RC RingCentral App. This is an RingCentralPhone Desktop gap.

A button to stop the recording is currently available on the delisted RingCentral Phone app. This feature should also be available on the unified new RingCentral app as this is beneficial for callers that request to mask or stop the recording during a point of call.

I have enabled the automatic call recording on our account. The issue is that the feature to mute the recording is not working. When my team press the "record" button to stop the recording an error message appears saying the function is disabled and to contact admin. I am admin for the account and have enabled this feature, we have also received confirmation that the recording is turned on however it's not allowing us to mute.
