The phone call should be transferred directly to an external number if the system detects that there's an outage

Issue / Customer Request: The customer requested a feature that would automatically enable call forwarding upon detecting an internet, power or RingCentral outage at their service location.

With Ringcentral's recent outage we were left dead in the water.
Other than publishing multiple phone numbers which is far less than ideal it would be excellent if we could re-route our 800 numbers to a different carrier in the event of an outage. -

There's an article related to Internet Outage Call Forwarding/ Call Forwarding for unreachable phones. But it seems that it's not available for all.
