I realize HUD is already on iPads, so how come it has not come to iPhones yet?

I use my iPhone and iPad a lot when I do not have my MacBook with me and need to monitor my staff

Half of our office is mobile and they do not have a laptop/computer to look at. We need a HUD view so they can quickly know who is in and out of the office. This feature is critical for mobile users who are not in the office.
