Please add OTP --- need this feature for feature for Verizon, Amazon, and Google My Business

This is very important and hinders the use of a paid phone/texting/SMS features requiring staff to use personal numbers for work related matters.

C'mon RC for the price and the fact that these are desk phones (in our business situation) you need to do something about this! It's a crock of sheet that the numbers come up as voip and are blocked from OTP. I might as well get a tracPhone from Wallmart and can use mini cassette player ducked taped to a bluetooth speaker to record my calls.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding an ongoing issue with text message delays on RingCentral. We have noticed that messages are being delayed by approximately 30 minutes, which is significantly impacting our business operations.

This delay is causing considerable disruption, and we would appreciate it if you could address this issue as a priority. Timely communication is crucial for our business, and such delays are not acceptable.

Allow to Use number to Receive OTP to use for an account setup with microsoft.

They wanted to use their RingCentral number to receive an OTP for Telegram activation.

Cannot receive OTP text message from eBay, however that is the only way to verify a phone number on the eBay platform

Currently using the Ring Central phone number as the contact number for our bank accounts. The numbers are not receiving the OTPs via SMS for 2 factor authentication.

Ability to receive One-Time Password/Two-Factor Authentication code

Customer needs to receive the OTP from the bank using his RingCentral Number

All of our secure softwares ask us to enter a one-time-password (OTP) in order to gain secure access to the portals. As of yesterday, RingCentral stopped supporting the receipt of these text messages. It would be great to be able to receive these text messages so we can access our workplace sites.
