Disable the option to enter an extension while the prompt is playing.
The customer wanted to have the option to disable the option to enter an extension while the prompt was playing to avoid routing the call to a different extension.

Hi checking in on this. Our team is facing alot of confusion cause a customer calls and some type in extensions by accident and get routed even though we have no extension system set up in that call queue. This leads to be able to call anyone in the company with only their extension.

Any update on this request? Our business are being affected by this after moving over to RingCX. Some phone number are still being reached at RingEX.
