Display Contact Telephone Number In the SMS Inbox
In the SMS inbox, When you are sending texts to a contact, the telephone number should be displayed under the contact name. Currently only the Name is displayed.

There is a bug in the system to where if you send a SMS from the mobile app, and you do not select the phone number, as opposed to the Name/Extension that shows up by default, the recipient can only see the conversation on their mobile app, not the desktop app. The conversation also appears as a separate conversation from the text conversation you may have previously had with that contact.

Please Vote!!! I would add business name as well under the contact name and number, eliminates the need to open contact profiles.
