reply to specific texts in the conversation
The ability to reply to a specific text within that same thread, to clarify what your response is directed to (like normal smart phones e.g. iphones, etc)

AGREED! We just text enabled our business numbers and this has been a pain point for anyone doing high volume and responding to specific groups of orders and information. We do fast paced business and the ability to REPLY to specific messages is CRITICAL for our biggest customers.

When in group text or if a customer asks several questions in a text I’d like to respond to specific text messages so they understand which questions are being answered. Like Android RCS.
