My managers can go to Call Log and review the calls made by their team members. If they have access to listen to the calls, they should have the ability to view the transcript so they cut/paste for an upcoming performance review, or perform a text search looking for a key phrase. The AI notes visibility would definitely be an upgrade, and many other vendors offer that ability.

Yes!! We would love this feature as we are an office that works with customers where documentation of their calls is SO important and to be able to see all of this data in one space and for Admin Users to access would be key!
