We have recorded a commercial for our on-hold music that talks about our company. It is not really scalable to assign a updated on-hold audio file to each user individually. Need to be able to bulk assign a new file to all users quickly.
This issue is larger than just on-hold music though. We want to have a phone ringing sound when external folks call a RC number instead of the default "Please wait while we try to connect you". This ALSO required a setting change on all users. Pretty tough to manage when executives ask for different functionality.

We like to keep our custom on hold messages fresh and relevant; however, without a way to bulk upload new messages, we are unable to efficiently perform this.
