    Texting the pts is actually an easier way for them and the staff versus emailing. Its a wonderful Idea.

    I think that having the SMS option would be a tremendous help. I know for myself personally, I would much rather be able to send a text than have to call.

    Not sure the implications of either option. Will whatever needs to end up in the chart be able to get there if it is sent one way vs another? Can SMS info end up in the chart if needed?

    This actually needs to be a shared box... showing the sms coming in and the person name for who responded to it.
    I think that the same number of people with access to a Voicemail line for incoming calls is the bare min for the number of people helping with incoming sms. There is more people using SMS now vs calling.
