Convert Fax from PDF to TIFF
Currently TIFF format is not working. Please have an option to convert the default format of attachments from PDF to TIFF for all future inbound / outbound faxes from our RC applications

This is possible to change by raising a case to support.
See example screenshot from me receiving a fax in .tif format. (My account is in German)
