Disable DTMF Input After Voicemail Greeting Begins
When a caller reaches a user's voicemail greeting, DTMF input remains active. If the caller presses a key during or after the voicemail greeting, the system may interpret the DTMF input and trigger the corresponding action.
Once the voicemail greeting begins:
- DTMF input should be ignored.
- Pressed keys should not trigger any additional call-routing actions.
- The caller should remain in the voicemail flow and be able to leave a message normally.
