  4. Since it is required by TCR that all SMS messages to clients have an opt out message , it would advantageous to have a feature where this message is auto populated on all messages sent through our ring central app.

  5. Ability to transfer a user's text messages to another

    I was using the chat bot but wanted to get a straight answer. Is it possible to transfer all of the text messages the a user has had with multiple individuals to another user? For better phrasing, all of the text conversations from one user to another?

  6. Reason:
    Currently, international SMS cannot be activated for an account without first registering for TCR (The Campaign Registry) business SMS registration. This registration is primarily for Domestic SMS, but it is a prerequisite for activating international SMS as well.

    Feature Request:
    To enable the activation of international SMS independently of the TCR business SMS registration, because international numbers do not fall under the TCR business SMS agreement.

  7. We have a shared extension to handle emergency and after hours calls for our IT group. I would like the team to be notified by SMS when we miss a call or receive a VM on that extension, so we can best server our customer base. Currently I can only add 5 SMS numbers, this would be better served to either have no limit or a much higher limit. I currently have 7 individuals on my team but I can see the use case for this for larger groups.

  11. We really need this feature so clients can text our "support team, customer service team, etc." and allow several people on our company team be able to view & reply to these messages.

    Nextiva just rolled out with this feature last month (Feb. 2024). Let's see it already RingCentral, please! Don't let Nextiva outpace you on features. They've been rolling out really nice back to back features in the past 2 months.

  12. there should be a send sms option in active dialpad so that the operator can send sms to the customer while on call with them instead of copying the number and sending a new sms from text tab.

    Use case: share quotes sms while on call with the customer so that they can take informed decision.

  18. Feature to have Super Admin the ability to delete another user's SMS without logging in as that specific user.

    Example: From the Admin Portal, the Super Admin clicks the user extension, Super Admin will have direct access and log in as that user and then access the SMS via the users RC App to delete that users SMS

  19. Allow ability to hide old conversations via text or archive them. Google voice has this feature.

    First I hide the messages so I can reply to more pressing issues and free up space but also organize our texts, for example I might have a conversation I cannot reply at this second but I read it, however once more texts start coming in from other customers it gets hidden.

    We need ability to hide but not delete the texts so when they are hidden, then they text again, it appears back on screen and all the old messages are still there…

  20. 1)Add a feature such that after a particular time(work hours) we should stop receiving notification alert on mobile app.
    We cant do that from mobile settings as it will stop all notifications.

    2) Schedule a message so that it can be sent later also

    3)After working hours by default my status change from active to inactive
