Centralized External Shared Contacts Directory automatically remove duplicate contacts
Customer is requesting for the automatically removal of duplicate contact information on the centralized External Shared Contacts Directory. Since the admin is the only person who can add the contact on the admin portal and every users will gather all of their personal contacts, chances of Duplicate contacts will occur and customer wanted for the feature to automatically detect the duplicate contact and automatically removing those duplicate contact on the centralized External Shared Contacts Directory.

Notes character limits in the contacts field
The amount of characters in the contacts notes field shortened substantially and deleted large portions of client contextual notes history, we really need as many contact notes field characters as possible, how do we enable a higher amount of these simple text notes characters for this critical field? Please let us know.

External shared directory - cannot input the same data for mobile numbers and company number
When you export the existing file, you cannot put the same data for mobile numbers and company numbers. It will give you an error unless it is a different number. Hope you can input the same number for them.

Include RingCentral Teams in Teams RingCentral Plugin Contacts
In the RingCentral app in Contacts, you can create teams and view members' statuses. For some reason in the RingCentral Teams Plugin, this option is not available. Would be great to be able to view those teams in the plugin as well.

Allow duplicate contacts during upload
Please allow the upload of CSV template to go through even with duplicate contacts, and then simply show error notification after the upload to automatically delete the duplicates instead of rejecting during upload.
