Compose/New Fax Number Selection to Match Dialpad Caller ID Selection
Naming Convention on Number Dropdown Options for New Fax should be the Same on the Dialpad Caller ID Selection: When composing or sending new faxes, the site name appears on the site numbers, while on the dialpad, it shows the set name for the number. The new fax drop down should have the same view as the dialpad caller ID drop down.

Customizing Faxes: Removing "@rcfax.com" domain from email to fax
When sending a fax via email, the fax header and cover letter currently include the full email address (ie: 1234567890@rcfax.com. The customer only wants the destination fax number (ie: 1234567890) to appear on the header and the coversheet aligning with their branding and improving readability for receipients.
This enhancement would provide gerater flexibility and professionalism, catering to customer-specific needs and increasing satisfaction with the email to fax feature.

When I'm trying to download multiple documents at once it downloads those documents in .json file, it doesn't fix after restarting and redownloading one by one. On the other hand, downloading one at a time takes a lot of time and the problem occurs in one at a time also

Recipient Behavior in Bulk Faxes
We have a customer experiencing issues with sending bulk faxes to multiple recipients (different companies) using the platform's Admin Portal and the FaxOut feature. The issue is that when sending the fax, the recipient details are visible to other recipients, which is not the expected behavior. After conducting tests and confirming with higher management, we have determined this to be a system limitation. We are submitting this case to request a fix for the feature. Screenshots and the specific chat transcript have been documented under case number 27388936.

Ability to Customize already created Template Fax Cover Pages
Currently, there are tons of fax cover page templates we can choose to use, however we can only enter the number of whom we're sending a fax to. The current cover pages do not allow us to enter a name or a company and it looks unprofessional. I don't understand WHY this is a problem in the first place, but it seems that it is according to RC reps. If you provide simple templates, the least you can do is allow us to edit them.

Have an option to receive faxes simultaneously by email and fax machine
As of now once the email to fax is turned ON then customer won't be able to receive faxes via fax machine. Hope there would be an option to receive faxes both via email and fax machine simultaneously

Option to Add on the Authorized/Permitted Email Just the Email Domain Aside from Actual Individual Email Address
There should be an option under Email-to-Fax where-in you can add just the email domain (Ex. @linksattuscaloosa.apartments) on the Email addresses permitted to send faxes so that everyone with email addresses on the same domain can send faxes using the extension's assigned fax number/numbers.

Automatically Delete Fax
Our faxes come to the OSCAR EMR inbox but also stay in the Ringcentral app and my staff have to clear them manually is there a setting so when they get uploaded to our OSCAR EMR those get deleted (except that did not go through)from the ringcentral app (that was the case with SrFax)
