  1. Testing the Mitel 480G phone enrolled with RingCentral.With Mitel, the top bar on the home screen shows the user's extension. It does not with the RingCentral firmware. It is handy to see that at a glance.

  3. Currently, there is little or no documentation on how hearing-impaired individuals can best use RingCentral. I reached out to support for advice on hearing aid compatible hardware or other solutions. I was provided links to external sites and hardware which was not compatible with RingCentral.

  4. The customer has set up a Unify CP600 with MAC 001AE8760C38 as deskphone. The provisioning of the phone was successful. Basic functions are ok.However, the settings for call log synchronization in the Admin --> Local Functions --> RingCentral API --> Sync.call.log menu are empty.Therefore no synchronization takes place. When they make a call with the Desktop App, the call is not displayed in the call log of the CP600.

  5. If I uncheck the read message from the advanced settings for voicemail. If I listen to the VM on the email, it will still be unread in the system. I would like for those rare occasions that the email template include a hyperlink that if the message is listen via email, a hyper link to trigger that the certain message was read so it clears the light on the phone. You kinda already have this with the app but a link within the vm email is also nice.

  10. We are trying to add multiple pages of presence to our Yealink phones. The only way to do this is for RingCentral to add that line of code to the phone’s firmware and then it’ll work.Yealink did not provide a firmware version, they said that RingCentral just needs to add that line of code to their existing firmware to get multiple pages of presence working.

  11. Hi,Submitting this feature request on behalf of a customer. They are moving services to a new provider, and they have around 40 phones that they need to reset so they can provision the device to the new provider. They are hoping that there would be a way to bulk reset the phones.

  14. Currently only Key 3 onwards can be changed, however where users are working with lower end Poly phones such as the VVX150, there are only 2 keys and both are reserved for the extension line.Please can we make Key 2 programmable for other extensions or pickup groups?

While engage on a call, I wanna be able to transfer the other incoming call to a different extension without having the current call place on hold.Example:Im speaking with one of my customers and another call came in. I will have a capability to transfer the incoming call to the extension that I want the call to be forwarded.

  19. With Vonage i just need to press the (envelope key) message key on his Yealink T48S and it will show all the new message/ missed call but now i need to check per the specific line before knowing if its a VM or missed call
