GUI access for phones or IP address display in admin portal
A number of features for phones are not available except from the admin GUI specific to the phone (such as the Yealink T48). On the phone page in the admin portal, can we add either a link to the individual phone GUI, or a display for the local IP address so that admins can access the portal for the phone without having to physically from phone to phone to look up the address in order to modify the phone.

Confusing "Reminder Ring" When Line is on Hold
The Avaya J179 desk phone gives a "Reminder ring" every 60s when a line is put on hold. This feature causes confusion when multiple calls are live on a line. There should be an option to disable the "Reminder ring".

VoIP Server Gateway
Why not Ring Central make a device, where all phone call will be handled by a VoIP server, directly deployed to customer site. On this way, all issue maybe handled by the support agent by connecting to the gateway server instead of asking client to restart the router and check the networks, etc.

Flip to Shhh.... or Mimic Manufacture Device Phone Settings
Self explanatory I think... If not then...Have the ability to quite an incoming call by flipping the phone over or pressing one of the volume or power buttons. Similar to the phones setting offered by the mobile devices manufacture.

Option to Disable Missed Call Popup on deskphone.
Would like to be able to disable the Missed Call Popup on Yealink T48S (and other Yealink models). Would also like to disable the MissCall Power Light Flash.

Customize softkeys on yealink phones
As per Yealink engineer, softkey layout of the phone is the special design of RingCentral, which cannot not be changed. There were customer prefers to have option to customize it themselves.

Polycom Transfer to Directly Voicemail
You should be able to forward a call directly to Voicemail using a polycom VVX phone without having to change your forward type to blind. Is there a way to add a forward to VM button on the screen?

physical phone profiles
On other systems, I have had the ability to configure physical devices en masse and push configuration changes. This could be performed either via a phone template option, or options under user templates. Three specific use cases could be missed call notification light change, ring tone setting, and screen timeout setting.

Enable P2P video between Polycom VVX and CCX series phones
My company has about 2,500 Polycom VVX 601 phones, all equipped with a Polycom video camera for P2P video calls. Polycom is no longer making the VVX series phones, so we're unable to get new phones for new employees, or replacements for broken phones, so we're starting to purchase CCX series phones.Currently, you cannot make a video call between a VVX and a CCX phone. You can make VVX to VVX video calls, and CCX to CCX video calls, but you cannot make a video call between the two series.This lack of interoperability is hurting the value of the phone…

Changing phones
I have a desk phone at the office and a desk phone at home. Currently the only way to swap the phones out is to log into the admin portal. I would like to be able to swap the phone on the actually desk phone.

Visual Voicemail on Deskphone
Coming over from Mitel and having the ability to see which voicemails are which on a screen would be very helpful to my users. Mitel had Visual Voicemail where I could see who the message was from and select that message instead of checking them all.

Support the new Yealink WH66 DECT Headset series
Yealink has a new series of DECT headsets, with a LCD screen control interface, great microphone noise processing technology, and overall an amazing product. They are designed for mobile+softphone. https://www.yealink.com/product/headset-wh66Unfortunately, Ringcentral only supports Jabra/Poly headsets. I much prefer this product over what Jabra / Poly are producing. Given Ringcentral already supports many Yealink products, I would encourage you to include this headset, it's a winner.Lawrence

Allow changing the inter digit timer on desk phone
There is a default value called the Inter Digit Timer on a J139 desk phone. This timer controls the amount of time you can pause while entering a number on the phone before the phone dials the number you've entered. I don't know if it also exists on other phones, but I would guess that it does. The value of the inter digit timer is 3 seconds and apparently cannot be changed. That means that when you're dialing a number on a J139, if you pause for 3 seconds the phone will dial your partially-entered number and you'll get an…
