  1. We are putting in a network management system (AUVIK) to get a complete overview of the equipment on our network. The NMS sees the phones, but only provides basic information. Is there a way to get more information? Possiby SNMP? Our physical phones are all the Poly CCX 400.

  3. this would be useful because a lot of customers don't want to have to login to the web portal to do this. they want a button programmed on the handset that they can just push to turn on and off. Same goes for the RC PC App. if it can be done in there as well by just toggling a switch on and off. many customers would love the convenience that would bring them.

  8. We have a Cyberdata Strobe and 2 Airhorns provisioned through RingCentral. We also have a YeaLink cordless phone added as well. They are online and working, but will only activate when the devices are set to Ring In Order. When Simultaneous Ring is selected, only the RC desk phone and the YeaLink will ring. The Cyberdata devices will not repsond.So all devices will ring (and strobe will flash) one at a time with Ring In Order or only the 2 phones will ring with Simultaneous.   17. We are having an issue where the wrong caller ID is displayed when we transfer calls. When you transfer a call, if you press the speed dial on your phone, it will display the user's extension for the person receiving the transfer instead of the caller’s phone number. It is very confusing when we answer the phone expecting it was an internal call only to find an external caller. It appears that this was corrected for some other phone manufacturers, https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-48. Can you please correct it on the Mitel phones? We are using the Mitel 6940 phones.
