Persistent Volume Settings for Polycom Phones
Currently, when using Polycom phones, the volume settings revert to default levels with each new call. This behavior can be inconvenient for users who prefer to set their own volume preferences and have them persist across calls. This feature request aims to introduce the capability for Polycom phones to retain the user's desired volume setting consistently from call to call.

Cisco 8861 - Shared Line/Hot Desk Timeout
Like the other device types and models, such as Yealink and Polycom, Cisco 8861 should not have a long reconfiguration period when signing out and signing in with a different user.

Display Device Name on Switch Port Name in RingCentral
The current configuration in RingCentral allows for device names to be modified within the admin portal. However, there is a missing feature where these device names are not reflected on the switch port name, making it challenging for network administrators to identify devices connected to specific switch ports. Introducing the ability to display device names on switch port names in RingCentral would greatly enhance network management and improve overall visibility.

Call Queue Log In/Out programmable key on phones
Key Programming: Allow a user to have a log in/out key assigned onto phones for Call Queues. This could be log in/out "all" queues but would be beneficial if you could assign All, or specific queue per key. Many clients (medical office, schools) do not use an application and having a programmable key to turn on/off call queues is a huge step forward.

Branding customization should be easily available. We can easily add wallpaper manually, but when the phone re-syncs, the RC wallpaper returns.
