  10. Allow use of eSIM or SIM based deskphone device like Yealink T67 & T64 on RC platform. This allows for easy deployment for SMB customers. Customers do not have to worry about getting a internet connection for the device, instead use the 4G data.

  18. Our Poly E450 and E350 are both used as a Common/Hot deskphones. When a User login there is no "log-out" key. I was advised by the representative to use the Admin Portal or *91 since some of the deskphone model do not have log-out button.
