  1. Private Call Parking on Poly VVX 150

    Currently, private call parking only work on desk phone when the parking location extension is added on the line keys of the phone via presence. Poly VVX 150 only have 2 line keys which by default is used by the user extension the phone is assigned to. The park soft key instead should provide 2 parking options- public and private. Currently the park softkey is only for public and no available DTMF code for private call parking.

  5. Upgrade Firmware to Poly VVX deskphones

    With the current version of 6.4.4 on the desk phones, the new Voyager headsets don't have the ability to answer, hangup, or adjust volume using the BT700 in the phone. Updating the phones to 6.4.6 is reported to solve the issue. See the release notes from HP.   10. Paging device Simultaneous Ringing

    We have a Cyberdata Strobe and 2 Airhorns provisioned through RingCentral. We also have a YeaLink cordless phone added as well. They are online and working, but will only activate when the devices are set to Ring In Order. When Simultaneous Ring is selected, only the RC desk phone and the YeaLink will ring. The Cyberdata devices will not repsond.So all devices will ring (and strobe will flash) one at a time with Ring In Order or only the 2 phones will ring with Simultaneous.   16. Program a forward button to transfer incoming calls to another desk phone without answering the call.

    It would be very helpful to have a physical button on the desk phone that can forward the call to another desk phone/extension without needing to answer it initially. This can help our customer not having to enable the custom rule on their online account and just be able to transfer the call as quickly as possible.
