ring central is default dialer on iphone
Give the user on an Iphone the ability to make Ring Central as their default dialer when clicking a phone number in a different App. When a user clicks a phone number on Google, Or in our case we have a dispatching application application the user can click the customers phone number We would like this to dial out using RingCentral instead of the iPhone so our business phone number shows up rather than the technician's phone number.
Currently the work around is copy the phone number and past it into the RingCentral dial pad but would be much nicer…

Toolbar / Menu for Custom / Personal entries
Personal Toolbar / Menu / hotkey that allows for speed dial, nightbell, paging, and any of the other special system extensions or regular extensions or external phone numbers.
The List should be maintainable by the user but have a default set by the company. like a quick access menu or toolbar. for things that are not straight forward that are seldom used or options used multiple times a day.
The same menu should be available for all app locations. Either a dropdown a side menu something very accessible to make it easy to use.

Show All Company call recordings on Mobile app for SuperAdmins
If user is a SuperAdmin Allow mobile app to show all call recordings instead of only showing the users call recordings. This is helpful for managers who would like to periodically review calls while mobile to quicker be able to help their teams.

cust mentioned that they would like a fix wherein it will update the hotkeys for all the desk phones without doing it for each phone
Presence in user settings does not give any option to program softkeys. Only line keys. The customer also tried to go through Templates and build a softkey Template, but there are NO Poly models to select from to even try building a Template.

Wants to see the dial pad in the center of the screen
The user desires to have the dial pad displayed in the center of the screen, rather than having to click on the dial pad icon located in the upper right corner. Downgrading the app to the previous version is not a viable solution, as it will automatically upgrade to the new version after a few months.

Make a feature that sends numbers straight to voicemail if they call back to back in a short duration of time
Basically if somebody keeps “spam “calling you back to back to back and doesn’t leave a voicemail essentially the message will say you have called too many times or attempted to call too many times in a short duration please try again later. Just so that way people stop spam calling over and over again without having to block their number.
