  1. If Multi-level IVR is setup, it should disable call routing for the extension that has the same extension number as the IVR key press choices. Example, if 1 is pressed, the call should not route to other extensions that has 1 if customer pressed 1 twice.

  2. On the PHONE - KEYPAD screen where you select the phone number you are calling from it currently registers or displays the 10-digit number. I suggest changing it to a name so it is easier to recognize or verify which company is currently selected before making an outbound call. This would save many potential unnecessary clicks.

  4. If you're not withholding your number permanently, you can use 141 to withhold your number on a call-by-call basis. Just dial 141 followed by the number you want to call. If your number is withheld the message 'withheld' is returned if the person being called uses 1471 to find out the identity of the caller.

    Dial 141.
    Press 9 and dial the phone number of the person you want to call.

  5. Feature Request : Ability to switch the call to another handset when multiple handsets are paired to a singer wireless base

    Details : ability to have W7*P cordless handsets in switching phones easily without needing to transfer the call to another handset that is paired to the same base as the original where the call was answered

    Current behavior : unable to easily flip the call to the other handset after disconnecting the call

  6. Limited Extension + Hot Desk Device

    When a regular user extension log to this type of device, it should show the digital line of the user and the not the phone number of the limited extension. There should be an option to select the phone number that will show up on the phone screen.

  8. In RC UC, there are five Message Only Extension with extension numbers. Would you please help change settings where each VM maximum time can only be between 3 to 5 minutes long for the Message Only Extension as listed above. Thanks!

  10. Offer users the ability to set up reminder notifications for when their presence status has not been updated after a set period of time, any non-available status only. a way to remind users to change their status.

  11. RingEX - Recording Option for External Calls Only

    The phone system only offers the option to record ALL incoming/outgoing calls for an extension, including internal calls. There should be an option to record external calls only.

  14. RC has a frustrating limitation:
    When configuring phone hardware, Phone must be set up as EITHER a "User Phone" or a "Common Area Phone".
    -The only way "hot desking" login is possible is to configure device as a "Common Area Phone".
    -"Hot desking" login by other users is impossible on any "User Phone" devices.
    -Fun fact: Every night any users signed into a "Common Area" type phone are forcibly logged out, necessitating the login process EVERY MORNING for the phone to work.

    Consider this case:
    'Employee A' works in a busy lobby 95% of the time.

  15. the french local 09 numbers ex: +33912345678 , must be considered as local numbers in our dialplans as the 01,02,03, 04& 05 , not premium ones.

    the 09 numbers are free of charge (the only difference compared to the other local prefixes 01,02,03,04 & 05 is that the 09 numbers are non geographical). they must be all whitelisted as well on our SBC so that customers can reach them easily from any of our product REX, RCX, etc ....

  16. Remove the missed call notification when a call comes into a user when they are using a custom answering rule. When the custom answering rule is forwarded to another extension, the call logs show a missed call. Please remove this functionality.

  18. The customer is requesting to allow a Japanese toll-free Number as their Caller ID call to a local Japan number. However, this is restricted due to in-country regulations local carriers block the call and set it to auto-busy.
