Cisco Forward all calls option
Cisco phones in general don't have the option to forward all calls from call preferences on its settings. It would be efficient to have this option available so reception phones can be automatically forwarded to external numbers without the need to log into the portal.

Ability to update key labels for lines
We would like the ability to change the key labels on desk phones to show custom labels such as extension numbers for the line buttons instead of the User Name of the phone. This would help greatly for users correctly identifying extensions, especially in environments where users frequently use a common phones and may not know the extension number of the phone.

Allow multiple outbound call simultaneously.
The client mentioned that tit would be better if an extension can permit 5 or more people to do an outbound call simultaneously on an extension.

Echo Test Feature Code
Echo Test Feature Code. The ability to call a feature code or built in extension number that will connect the call from a phone to the Cloud Server and loop the call back live to the same phone. This feature would allow for audio diagnostic testing from the same extension as it would simulate both out bound network traffic and inbound network audio traffic at a slight delay (ie an echo). Dial out with asterisk
we need to be able to auto dial contact extensions when we are dialing out to them. Barring that we need to display their known extension on or near their phone number so at a glance we can tell what to dial without referencing an external list or waiting for automated answering services to provide the information we need.

Disable Call Monitoring from Speed Dial on Deskphone
Currently, when speed dials are configured on a deskphone, if that user is on a call and the deskphone user has permissions to listen in on their calls, they can press the speed dial to listen in to the call (instead of just dialing the user). This is an undesired feature by some customers who would rather the speed dial not monitor the call and just be able to call the user instead.

We have two phones connected to the same phone and they are not able to be picked up to reach the same caller.
We should be able to connect a call with the deskphone and handheld phone that are connected to the same line. They are not able to pick up and speak to the same caller.

iOS App - Active Call (shown after device locks)
At the moment, when on an active call on the iOS Mobile app, if the device auto-locks during the call, it is difficult to access the keypad options including the ability to end the call.
To end the call, or access any of the keypad options, you have to unlock your device and reopen the Ring Central app.
Normal iOS behaviour when on an iPhone SIM call, or if using other communication apps like Teams, Google Meet etc, they retain the keypad and active call options at all times, even if the iPhone has auto-locked in the background.

Leave notes for people when transferring calls
a feature added that allowed you to add notes to a call that is being forwarded to someone, so the client doesn't have to tell their story twice (or doesn't at least have to go through the whole story).

add the ability to choose between the main company number and you individual line as the call out number on your desk phone
I would like the ability to choose on my desk phone, when dialing out, which number, main company number or my direct line number, shows up on the caller ID for the person receiving the call.

Able to pick up call when it is still ringing (deskphone)
When a user is engage on a call either call queue or user extension call and there is a ring other users can pick it up users are using deskphone

Disable Page call drop
Calls are dropped when someone pages the device in the phone group
An option to disable this (mitel phones do not have this feature but yealink have them in per phone configs) This is causing calls to be dropped and sales to be lost.1 vote
