We have two phones connected to the same phone and they are not able to be picked up to reach the same caller.
We should be able to connect a call with the deskphone and handheld phone that are connected to the same line. They are not able to pick up and speak to the same caller.

iOS App - Active Call (shown after device locks)
At the moment, when on an active call on the iOS Mobile app, if the device auto-locks during the call, it is difficult to access the keypad options including the ability to end the call.
To end the call, or access any of the keypad options, you have to unlock your device and reopen the Ring Central app.
Normal iOS behaviour when on an iPhone SIM call, or if using other communication apps like Teams, Google Meet etc, they retain the keypad and active call options at all times, even if the iPhone has auto-locked in the background.

Leave notes for people when transferring calls
a feature added that allowed you to add notes to a call that is being forwarded to someone, so the client doesn't have to tell their story twice (or doesn't at least have to go through the whole story).

add the ability to choose between the main company number and you individual line as the call out number on your desk phone
I would like the ability to choose on my desk phone, when dialing out, which number, main company number or my direct line number, shows up on the caller ID for the person receiving the call.

Disable Page call drop
Calls are dropped when someone pages the device in the phone group

Being able to edit to a name that will display for the caller ID out side of the main number
Have the option when making out bound calls ,and have the caller ID set up to the direct number being used to able to add the companies name with the direct number or the indivuaduals name appear. We currently provide CCM in our medical practice this will make patients know the call is coming from their PCP office but that they have a direct call back number to their patient advocate.

Add a prefix to our promotion phone number that is connected to my extention.
I have a phone number for promotional purposes that rings on my regular extension. I would like to have a prefix, so I know when the promo line is calling.

Once the call has been forwarded to an external number report should not show how long the call lasted as we are taking care of customer's information

RingCentral App
Able to receive multiple calls using the RingCentral App using only one User Extension credential.
At the moment, it is able to receive 2 calls at the same time, but when the 3rd call is answered, it disconnects one of the active calls.
