  3. RC Classic gave you the option to listen to an audio file right from RC. With the new update we are having to download the file before listening. With our company using audio files a lot this is making it more time consuming for us to have to download the file first.

  5. Once you add a contact, you need to click fax on the sidebar to be able to generate a new fax. There should be a + on the sidebar to be able to fax from any of the sidebar options

  6. This functionality is missing from the full RC App that the RC Phone for Desktop App has. It is vital for those who work in the Remote Desktop environment to easily access these functions. Currently, the notification does not allow interaction and we are required to minimize the RD to get to the app and answer the call.

RC - formerly Glip - has a task functionalityin the version 20.3.20 users were able to see their messages specific to that task in a right-hand side window in the RC app.users in 20.4.xx no longer can. the messages are just in the main window with all the other messages for that team.is there no way for users in the 'newer' version to see the messages for a specific task in a separate side window or view?

Allowing the status to show when online and not just within the app will provide full insight into employees/coworkers actual availability which was a feature that was extremely useful in Skype. Currently just showing when someone is within the app is misleading as to when colleagues are actually online and available.

  15. Hello, I have a suggestion. Can you add a comment feature to where people can form a comment thread on a particular message. Ie) A asks B to file a document. Once complete B can comment under A's original message letting A know that the task has been completed. This will be a LOT cleaner, especially for people that have multiple messages with each other.

  16. There is a different experience in contact presence in each app. The mobile app shows a colored symbol when you search for and select a user or a persistent status shows if you have a conversation started or when you add to quick contacts. It would be useful if company contact list showed all contact presence. The office 365 Chrome extension is a good example of what the presence list should look like in all apps.

Hi RingCentral, please enable the feature on the new app where the call queues can receive voicemails through the App instead of their work emails.If that feature can be enabled that will help tremendously helpful for my team. That is one of the main reasons we decided to choose RingCentral for our phone line.

  18. In the old phone icon app, I could change my notifications so that it send me an alert when someone was calling my ring central line. I would have the choice to decide if I wanted to click on the notification which brought me to the app so I could answer the call or not. Now if I am on the phone using my regular number the ring central line keeps popping up in the middle of my call. I used to be able to be on my phone and then swipe the banner notification up so I didn't have…

  19. Example: a user leaves a company but they want to retain their conversation history and still have the ability to communicate with other agents in their former company. Looking for a way for admins to convert users from agents to guests. This would allow the user extension to be deleted from the account but not delete the users history and still allow them to use the product with just Guest features.

  20. I would like to have the attachments that I sent through the RingCentral app to be included with the transmission results email confirmation. This way I know exactly what I sent and can view the file(s) from my email rather than opening the app to view the attachment that I sent.
