Add Dinosaur Emojis to RingCentral Chat
This is useful because sometimes you need to reference a dinosaur in a chat. This would benefit me specifically as I recently needed to reference a dinosaur and couldn't. It should work by clicking the emoji button and scrolling down to animals and at least 4 dinosaur options should be available (minimum of T-Rex, Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops)(Pteranodon if a 5th is an option). Also a T-Rex with grabber arms would be nice (it's funny because T-Rex's have short arms.)

Use the app in conjunction with a physical phone
Add a feature where you can use the app while also using a desk phone. Background: We came from Mitel, where the app worked with the physical phone. So, if you were on your physical desk phone and you also had the desktop app open, the app would show your active call, and you were allowed to click actions on the app such as transfer a call directly to someone's voicemail by clicking 2 things, then you would hang up your physical phone.

Fax Message Transmission Result email should include a copy of the document that was faxed as an attachment.
Having a copy of the document that was faxed attached to the Fax Message Transmission Result email will be very helpful. In our case, as a law firm, we need to add a copy of that email to the case as proof that the fax was sent successfully. Having the document attached to the confirmation email will make it easier for the Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Attorneys to identify which case that fax belongs to.

Ability to Schedule Text Messages
For offices that use Ring Central for scheduling customers/confirming appointments, it would be great to be able to write out a text and have it scheduled to send on x day at x time. For example, if I wanted to tell Susan that her vet appointment is scheduled for 2:00pm on Wednesday, then I want it to send a prewritten text on Monday so that she can respond to confirm the appointment. Idle behavior shows users offline even though they are available and logged into RC.
I've noticed that when not using RC but logged in (running in the background idle) it will change the status for users from a green dot to a gray dot (offline). Even though users are available for a call. Fellow coworkers think the user is offline when in reality they are not. This behavior is counterintuitive- It seems to me that a new idle status would work as opposed to showing user offline. Or maintain current status of available

Out of office auto reply to text messages
We need the ability to set up "out of office" for messages and text messages. If someone calls me, they know I am out of the office. If they text me, however, there us no way to set up an auto reply so the know I am gone and will respond when I return.

Allow all extensions to send SMS from main Company extension
We are applying for TCR SMS for our company. I was just told that ONLY 1 extension can send out SMS from the main company number. This is not very useful since we need multiple users to be able to send out SMS from the main company number!

Show availability/status in Company contact list.
Just had a use case, where an employee was trying to find someone in a dept to call, but there isn't an easy way to see who's working. Right now you'd have to start a conversation with each person, or click each person in the company contacts to view the status in their profile. It would make things a lot easier to have this presence state visible in the list view. Bonus if the company contacts could be sorted/grouped by dept.

Option to change Profile Picture to Default
I think there should be a way to remove your custom profile picture to the default image. The only way to do that now is to delete and re-create your extension. This is for RingCentral Meetings & RingCentral App.

Increasing Paging Only group to more than 25 devices
I have a client that needs to use this feature for tornado warnings, tornado drills, fire drills, mass alerts to the company. They have 75 devices on hand in various rooms throughout the facility and need to be able to page all of them to alert individuals in the building of an emergency.

Desk Phone and Desktop application Sync
It would be useful to sync the desktop application with the physical desk phone so that when clearing voicemails both are updated. OR when a call is answered on the desk phone it doesn't appear as missed in the desktop application

Send Group Voicemails to a RingCentral Team
It would be great to have voicemails from a call queue be able to be sent directly to a RingCentral team channel in addition to email. This would allow for immediate collaborative communication among the team to listen to the voicemail/read the voice-to-text right in the place where they're spending a lot of their time already.I found a workaround to make this happen by creating a user, assigning them a license, and adding them to both the team channel and voicemail distribution list. Ability to dial out while there is an incoming call
Ability to dial out while there is an incoming call, after the latest update the ability to dial out while there is an incoming call is no longer available. You need to ignore the call first to be able to dial out which is inconvenient for customers that has a call queue and receiving a lot of calls.

Group Text Messaging
I am on the phone with Ring Central customer service right now and he is guiding me through posting this.Ring Central is false advertising that it has Group Text Messaging. The customer service rep confirmed with senior tech support that it's not true. A Ring Central user can start a group text message; however, responses from non-Ring Central phone numbers don't come back into the group, they come back individually. Which defeats the purpose. I would like for separate caller ID for everyone in the company to make it a personal touch for our clients. We also have different companies and would like to have different caller id to show for that other company also.

Shared Contact List with all users
We are one company with all the same client contacts. Ring Central should make a solution for sharing a contact list that would be global to all users. Clients are added and phone numbers updated in one place to be shared across all users. This improved efficiencies in a company, and seems like it should already be a standard feature
