  1. Users asking to disable the the popout for notes and transcript when they dial a phone number

    • you can turn off the auto note taking but you cant stop the pop up box from appearing on the phone dialer pop out. it is annoying to close it on every call and have it constantly moving around the phone dialer pop out.
    • please make the feature able to be completely disabled including the auto pop out. for the users who want this minimized
    • some users may want the AI assistant for other areas of the app but not for the pop…

    Hi everyone, this is being developed. If you have AI Notes turned off, the app will remember this selection and prevent the pop up box. Current plan is to have this out by end of April.

Hi, We are working with a blind users on this application and we have multiple sites across the same Ringcentral account, it has been suggested I submit a feature request so that we can work towards hiding the company directory from specific users, this would allow for a site specific directory to only view the contacts from that site. At the moment the software is still unusable because our staff member is getting lost between the different sites as there is no way of her to be able to tell what site the extension is from, If we could filter…

  3. Ability to dial out while there is an incoming call, after the latest update the ability to dial out while there is an incoming call is no longer available. You need to ignore the call first to be able to dial out which is inconvenient for customers that has a call queue and receiving a lot of calls.

  4. Having a copy of the document that was faxed attached to the Fax Message Transmission Result email will be very helpful. In our case, as a law firm, we need to add a copy of that email to the case as proof that the fax was sent successfully. Having the document attached to the confirmation email will make it easier for the Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Attorneys to identify which case that fax belongs to.

  7. Call Log Association Issue: from SalesForce to RingCentral
    When initiating a "Click-To-Dial" call from a Person Account and associating the auto call log with a specific Case through the "Related To" field, the call log appears on the Person account but not in the associated Case feed. Please review to attached video for example.

Unlike RingCentral Meeting, RingCentral Video (desktop version) can't display upcoming, scheduled meetings in the app without having configured the calendar integration with an external mail server (Exchange, Google Workspace or whatever...) This prevents the app to display the upcoming RCV meeting in case the calendar integration is not possible

  13. Customer can have different types of Calendar integrated to their RingCentral Application like Outlook or MS Teams.

    We would like the option to allow customer to disable incoming calls when they have a meeting. They also want to make sure that incoming calls across all platforms are disabled while on a meeting (RingCentral Mobile App, Desktop App, and hardphone).

  14. Currently if a customer calls in and speaks to multiple people due to being transferred between different team members the caller hears "AI is Taking Notes" each time they speak to someone new. I would suggest a means for the system to identify it's the same caller so they don't need to be told multiple times

  15. We are applying for TCR SMS for our company. I was just told that ONLY 1 extension can send out SMS from the main company number. This is not very useful since we need multiple users to be able to send out SMS from the main company number!
