  3. BCA for Softclients , to follow the delegated line way (BCA) for devices as well for the Desktop app to allow mix and match.Organizations would like to use BCA not only for desk phones, but other colleagues using soft client only should be able to join the BCA groups

  5. Request: Enable display of label names for individual numbers in the "My Caller ID" dropdown list associated with Call Queue extensions.

    Explanation: Currently, the Call Queue (CQ) name appears in the "My Caller ID" dropdown instead of specific label names assigned to individual numbers. This is because numbers are directly assigned to the Call Queue extension. Displaying label names would enhance user experience and clarity, especially for identifying incoming calls.

  6. When users send gifs to one another, the movement of the gif can be distracting, or the gif itself may be undesirable to see continuously. An option to collapse the gif and hide it from view in the message would be super helpful. (Slack has this feature)

It is a benefit, that RingCentral MVP (and the partner brands) syncs the status with workplace systems from Google and Microsoft.But it there are situations where the user likes to set the status manually to 'available' and so overwrites the synced status from the calendar. This is a valid use case, when a meeting ends earlier and the user like to show the colleagues, that he is available now (without changing the calendar entry, which is cumbersome)Or the user has a blocker in the calendar but should be reachable anyhow.

  11. Customer has a separate extension for their fax number and no one is signing in to it. They want the faxes to still do Print-to-Fax even without being required to sign in. Faxes are received but it doesn't print automatically when no one is signed in to the fax extension

  14. Currently, if using Desktop Pairing mode to use the app to make calls through a deskphone, you do not get the application pop-up dialpad. If you want put a call on hold or transfer while in this mode, you have to do it from the deskphone itself. Would like to have the full desktop app experience while connected to the deskphone (like the ability to put calls on hold/transfer calls from the desktop app while paired with the deskphone).

  15. When sending a fax from the contacts using the RingCentral app, and the contacts have multiple numbers saved such as business, mobile, or fax. When choosing a contact to whom to send the fax the system should identify automatically which is the fax number. The current behavior is when you choose a contact on the contact list and try to send a fax to that contact with multiple numbers, it always sends to the first contact number and does not automatically send a fax to the fax number registered to the contact reason why the fax is failing because it…

  18. We have SSO turned on. Most users are on a chromebook. We need to access the app glip. We are looking for an option to sync the log in however it is setup to log in first in RingCentral not sync even using the option for SSO. The glip app does not always work unless we connect to Ring Central first -
    then we can connect to the app.
