Actual Behavior:It does not allow both parties to keep the same SMS thread. When the customer replies, a new thread will be created with a number showing +1 (800) -*.

App for smart watches
Like many in the business world, my business partners and I all have iPhones and Apple Watches. It would be very beneficial if Ring Mobil had an Apple Watch app. Currently I do not get any notifications from Ring Central on my watch. This is particularly an issue if my phone is set to silent. I would like to know of important incoming business calls even if I have set my physical phone to silient. My watch can also receive calls. When I am running or at the gym, not having an app makes me have to carry my phone…

Turnoff messaging tab for MVP
Turn off messaging feature per Role. Allow customer to be able to select the Role to not have access to messaging with Desktop or mobile app. This will allow customer to restrict outside contractors for security reasons.

Add Search Feature for messages
Our company uses a private team to share ideas about work and communicate to each other. Ideas or points are shared - it would be very help full if a search feature were added to find these items. Sometimes these points are not pinned so searching back days or months is very difficult. Another idea would be add a search feature by date. So if an idea or example was addressed at a particular time then it would found easier. IE - tax information around tax deadline in April.

Transfer Call by Putting the Caller on Hold
On behalf of my customer, I would like to request to have the previous transferring of calls be reverted because he still prefers that way. He reported that the transfer button is already grayed out when they put the caller on hold with the latest application update.

Closing call window with X close button does not end call
We have had a few users who have chosen to close an active call by hitting the X close window button and not the red end call button. They get a pop up that says the call will end when the window closes, but it does not. The call stays active and can still be heard. This has been resolved only by closing and relaunching Teams, killing and and restarting the plug in or restarting the laptop. I tested on a couple system. One had plug in 23.1.30 and closing the window ended the call. All other systems are on…

Add PCRecruiter Integration
PCRecruiter is a CRM which doesn't allow us to mass text anymore. Integrating PCR and RingCentral would allow my team to mass text candidates directly within PCR without having to copy/paste phone numbers from one app to the other.

I just moved back to ringcentral from aircall.io. They had the ability for a owner super admin to view and listen to all reordings made by different extentions in the app. Very usefull. Z

Being hands free when talking to customers on the Ring Central mobile app is essential for us at our company. All of our company calls are forwarded to the cell phones of our customer service reps and they answer via the Ring Central mobile app.If we dial out on the mobile app the bluetooth (air pods) connect automatically. Idle behavior shows users offline even though they are available and logged into RC.
I've noticed that when not using RC but logged in (running in the background idle) it will change the status for users from a green dot to a gray dot (offline). Even though users are available for a call. Fellow coworkers think the user is offline when in reality they are not. This behavior is counterintuitive- It seems to me that a new idle status would work as opposed to showing user offline. Or maintain current status of available
