Call Audio Alert with Teams/ Hubspot integration
The Integrated apps Teams and Hubspot don't have the same features as the Ring Central APP. One Key Feature is the ability to set a direct dial number to silent, so it doesn't interrupt the conversation the agent is on. These apps are not fully integrated if this doesn't work

Not showing the Phone number/Name on incomming call
I am not getting any name and phone number while incoming calls. Its showing only the City Name like Toronto, ON or Edmonton, AB or WinnipegBut I don't want that stuff. I am looking to get the name and number plus with the option of Send to Voicemail and Text Message. I am not sure what to do, I am paying for 2 users as well. But I need this isuue to be fix asap. I am not here for an Idea but want to ask if you can fix this coz its bugging me alot

Breakout rooms should be allowed for the participants in the video meeting
Because in a meeting of 10 or 20 people. Members could go into a breakroom with whomever they wish to meet and have a dialogue in private then return to the main meeting to collaborate with the rest of the team. This allows for brainstorm sessions without having to wait for the meeting creator to assign them into a break out room. Thanks

Group Texts with Tmobile
We can create a group SMS and it will show as sent as a group text . However, when a Tmobile number replies to the sent SMS to the group, we receive the response in an individual conversation. We cannot currenly send goups texts to Tmobile users. This happens in RC Phone and the RC Web/desktop app. Please advise!

CALLS POPPED UP ON BOTH MOBILE APP AND COMPUTER
The cx requested to have a toggle switch - for calls coming in to their devices, they do not want to receive it on both of their mobile app and computer. They requested if we could have a feature wherein call comes in to one device only.

Uninstall all RC Apps
We found in RC's site a PowerShell script to uninstall all RC apps from our devices, however, we are experiencing some difficulties pushing the script with GPO and Intune. We would like some help from a RC engineer and provide us a better understanding of what we might be doing wrong and/or if such script is compatible or not with Intune and GPO.

Add option to set a time limit to automatically rejoin call queue after # minutes.
We have users that remove themselves from the call queue when they go on break, but then forget to put themselves back in. Even if we could select the time limit that they can take themselves out of queue, so that they would automatically go back in queue after 15 minutes. Select 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

Grouping Contacts within RingCentral App
There needs to be an option to group contacts within the RingCentral app. This allows users to send specified texts to the contacts in the group, instead of just creating a group text. The groups can be labeled to better organize the conversations.

Over-riding a custom rule
We would like to have a feature to over-ride a custom rule. There are custom rules that doesnt work because the system thinks there is a conflict between those 2 rules. Just like in my situation, when our did is dialed, we wanted the phone calls to be forwarded to our main number. It limits us from dialing the DID of the other extension. It goes to a loop. App for smart watches
Like many in the business world, my business partners and I all have iPhones and Apple Watches. It would be very beneficial if Ring Mobil had an Apple Watch app. Currently I do not get any notifications from Ring Central on my watch. This is particularly an issue if my phone is set to silent. I would like to know of important incoming business calls even if I have set my physical phone to silient. My watch can also receive calls. Able to use touchscreen gesture feature on iphone with no issues
