Please allow configuring Company Numbers and Info on the mobile app. Previous versions used to have this feature and it's really convenient for changing settings remotely or on-the-go for account admins.

Separate Button for Group Text

remember microphone and speaker source / preferences in MVP app
For current customers, and internal users when disconnecting the laptop from the dock or after a long period of shutting down, the RC app forgets the last configured microphone and speaker source. It reverts to the laptop source and needs to be changed manually every morning. It would be good for it to remember your last settings.

Ignoring a call or sending a call to voicemail should not create a missed call notification
By definition the call shouldn't be considered as a missed call if a user actively interacted with it to either ignore it or send it to voicemail.

RingCentral app support for older operating systems
Customer wants to use the RingCentral desktop client on an older operating system (Windows 7), but is being hindered by technical limitations. Customer wishes that even the latest versions of the RingCentral desktop client gets supported on future updates.

Add functionality for other headsets
My company uses a wide variety of headsets, some USB, some Bluetooth. Each headset has various buttons for volume control, answer/hang-up, etc. Why don't these work with the Ring Central app? Why do Only Plantronics and Jabra headsets work? Every other program seems to function with these buttons on random headphones with out issue. Please fix this.

Be able to turn off Emergency Location requests
Our company has no office; everyone works from their homes. Every day the RingCentral app asks for an emergency location. We have one mailing address and that's what I put in, but the next day it asks again. Being that everyone works from their homes, no one would use RingCentral to make an emergency call -- they would use their cellphone. Thus, we should be able to turn off the software's constant badgering to set a location. I was told by support that it is currently not possible.

Taking calls while on dnd and also a better conference feature. and more scam protection
. So it auto fills with people to the conferance pro and standards. Lastly you guy still wont add a carrier lookup to each number which is rather troubling. I would like to know what carrier the scammers are using over VOIP lines

Make the windows app and physical phone work as one
The app is limiting users without the ability to use a microphone and speaker on a PC. We need to ringout our physical phones to use click to dial and then we are tied to the limitations of the phones. We can not transfer calls through the app while on the physical phone. The Mitel softphone had this ability, the app and physical phone worked seamless with each other as with RC they are entirely separate occurrences.

Add another option to "Maximum Wait Time is Reached, send caller to"
Currently, the options are voicemail and external number, customers are requesting to add an option to choose another call queue or extension number.
