  3. I understand that in many instances, it is standard practice to restrict all external calls on a device. However, there are specific scenarios where blocking internal calls (excluding voicemail) becomes necessary. In such cases, there is a requirement to limit the device to receiving only external calls and making external calls exclusively. This setup essentially mimics the functionality of an independent individual line, akin to a home phone situated in a separate location.

  4. Increase the Lines For Pick up Setting & Member in a call queue Increase from 25 to 50 or more..... You increased the call handling members but it would be nice for this so then others in our office or locations can see other queues ringing and help answer the phone.

  5. We are a company who always use Conference call on their Deskphone. We want to utilize all of the lines on our Deskphone wherein while we are using Line 1 and Line 2 (with customers) we need want to use another line to call another client (external) or colleague (internal). We want to make utilize all of our lines in Deskphone/HUD.

  7. We have SIP devies that have a single button to call a number or extension when pressed. In our current situation, we need a way to play a prerecorded message when the outbound call is initially answered, then after the message has played, connect the callers for a conversation. I guess it would be similar to a call line recorded message but it needs to be custom and only on certain extensions for outbound calls only.The purpose of this is for an elevator call intercom. The company recieving the call needs to know certain information about where the call is…

  16. We have struggled with clients who say they leave a voicemail, but we never received it. Really they just did not press pound at the end of their voicemail. So, we never receive it, but then they are mad at us for never calling them back. It's bad for our business practices.

  17. Have a shared line setup....6 phones, 3 shared lines. If a user answers a call and puts in on hold, the only way another phone can pickup that shared call is to select the button for the shared line on hold FIRST before picking up the handset. If they pickup the handset first and attempt to select the line on hold after that, then all the phones will ring and the call on hold will be lost. Please adjust the functionality so that users and switch between lines without having to hangup the handset each time first.

  18. I have several locations, I want to be able when I close one location I want to be able to forward calls to my other locations. So Ideally I want a messega to be played saying that we are closed but they are being forwarded to another location.

  19. We are using Mitel 6940 phones. When a Employee's number rings, it would be great for his/her assistant to see a caller ID on a line added with a presence key. They can currently answer but it is not obvious that the presence line is ringing. We think a Caller ID on a presence line would make the fact that it is ringing more obvious, and more importantly the assistant knows who is calling his/her boss and can answer if needed.

We have star codes to log in and out of a Hotdesk phone, but this would allow the user to log in and out of a call queue (provided they have the proper role) on your physical phone without having to use MVP or go into the Admin Portal. This is already a feature that is a toggle on the MVP app, so it should be easy enough to implement the same idea as a star code on RC Provisioned phones.
