Call Forwarding Pre-Announcement
Would be so helpful if there was a pre-message that could be recorded before it forwards to the person. For example, I go on vacation, forward my calls to Deana. If the caller calls my line it says, "I am out of the office, you are being forwarded to Deana who is covering my lines until my return June 30th", then it connects the forward and goes to Deana.

Manipulate Email Notification to Arrive in Plain HTML
In order to ensure a missed call or voicemail is addressed, I have established select profiles to send email notifications to our Jira Project using their built-in email handler. This auto-generates a ticket for my team to receive and action the ticket. While the current transfer of data satisfies the requirement, if I could convert the email notification into plain HTML it would/should remove the banner data that is transferred over. We can gladly clean this text up by simply editing the notification box, but this enhancement would help.

CNAM/CLI for all clients globally
Having your business registered on a CNAM database increases the answer rate of calls substantially and is being offered by many competitors in the UK market. This needs to be added ASAP or you'll lose clients to other services

Limit the number of voicemail messages allowed
We get a VERY high call volume to our emergency assistance extensions. Too many to be able to return their calls. So we would like to change the max voicemail message allowed to 40. So if a caller wants to leave a voicemail message and the mailbox is full (at the 40 limit), we want them to get a message that the mailbox is full.

default phone to do not disturb as soon as you are on a call...even for intercom calls.
If someone is on a call and we intercom them, they and the other person on the call can hear what we are saying.

Assign multiple lines to one phone
RC should allow for assigning multiple lines to one phone. If there is one assistant, and they are working for multiple people, the assistant should be able to tell what calls were missed by what person. This is currently not possible. This feature would lead to a great improvement in business environments where the secretary needs to monitor multiple lines. Currently we can only forward lines from the bosses to the secretary, but this doesn't solve the issue. Neither does the Presence feature.

Enable call log retrieval indefinitely into the past
I suggest that you enable call logs to be retrieved indefinitely into the past as I believe many users are like us - businesses who don't usually need to retrieve call logs except under unusual circumstances (like in our case, an IRS audit!).I need our call logs for January - December 2020 in order to respond to an IRS audit. Independent login/logout for desk phone and RC app for call queue members.
A call queue member may wish their desk phone to remain in queue but their software app not, and vice versa.

Send text to number from voicemail
It would be nice to have a button to send a message to a number that leaves a voicemail, unless it's a landline. Then instead of having to copy and paste the number, go to the text portal, start a new conversion, and paste the number, it's one button that lets you initiate a text thread with that number.

audible tones for parked calls
today if a user private parks a call, it just flashes on the phones with no tone. A tone would better help the user to know a call is waiting

Transcribe Calls - On Demand
Transcribing voicemails into texts is awesome. It would be easy to also be able to transcribe calls - possibly having the option to at least do so on demand, if not just automatically for every recorded call. It would be very easy to pin down a certain section of the call if needed.

RingCentral to allow free third party conference call lines through their system
Currently, RingCentral does not allow users to access free conference call lines through their phones or through the RingCentral mobile app. This is a suggestion to grant users the ability to host conference calls using RingCentral devices.

Do not disconnect all callers when organizer leaves conference call
When a receptionist or executive assistant for example assembles a group of people in a conference call, once everyone is on the call, if the organizer then leaves the call, the entire conference call ends and everyone is disconnected. We need a way for an organizer to create a call, add a bunch of people to it, then slip out the back door without ending the call they created.

If a user is covering for a another user they would not be tied to thier desk. Most of our users are mobile at least part time

Basic Hunt Group for Answering Position
Would like a basic Hunt Group where members can answer multiple calls, and the overflow could be an IVR, another EXT, etc Example: Company has a team member - EXT 100 - who is responsible for answering calls, but also needs to be reachable out of an IVR. Custom messaging with hold music
Custom messages should be able to be placed intermittently with hold music - otherwise recorded messages just play on a loop frustrating those on hold.
