  1. Currently Toll Free Numbers display United States on the Caller ID even though the business is in Canada. Would be great to show Canada under the number.

On our previous phone system we had the ability to start typing an extension on the physical phone and it would begin the lookup of the corporate directory without having to go into a search feature. It would be nice to be able to start entering an extension and it begin to populate users with that extension sequence

  3. The ability to completely disable DND features on phones that are used in Lobby areas, or other areas worked by multiple people, would be very helpful. We have found that the DND button will be pressed/bumped by accident on one of these high priority phones, and since it isn't tied to a specific user, it can sometimes be difficult to track down the issue. Not to mention that while the issue is being looked into, communications are being prevented by DND. By allowing this feature to be enable/disabled completely through the Admin Portal, these issues could be avoided.

  4. I should see on my end that the call is coming from another extension if that extension missed the call. For example :It will ring to ext 1 deskphone if she missed the call the call will be transferred to me but I should see that the call is coming from ext 1.

  6. We would like to have the dial-by-name restricted to the the site that the users are assigned to. Currently, when the site other than the "Main Site" is dialed and the dial-by-name option is selected, the all of the users are searched instead of the current site.

  9. Would be beneficial for queues to have ability to have distinctive ring. That way, if someone is member of multiple queues they can hear ring and discern which group that calling is coming in through. I know we can show queue name, however we have had requested audible ring identifier as well.

  12. You know how everyone business getting hit with spam likely? One way to avoid this is to get your prospect to add your contact to their phone. You can do this via SMS by sending a contact card. You can send them to android but not to iphone. We need this fixed ASAP!

  13. There is no place in Ring Central to add a global speed dial list in the Admin Portal? I know you can program a speed dial on a key on the phone keyset itself however, if the phone ever re-provisions those keys will be wiped out. Ring Central desperately needs to add a global speed dial list to their system.

Can we please change the voicemail notifications so that either the person leaving the voicemail or RingCentral can filter voice mails between which voice mails are considered urgent and which are not.This is so that users can determine what they need to respond to in what manner of time. Currently all voice mails have urgent in the subject line.

  19. When forwarding incoming outside calls, we need the outside caller ID to pass through to the forwarded number. It would be useful when passing along calls to other numbers if we could also pass along teh caller ID as well
