Is there a way that we can have the fax subject line appear in the FAILED fax transmission receipt ? Reason being, when we receive the failed to transmit receipts, it only indicates the time sent, which is not the exact same time of the email showing in the sent box. Sometimes, we are sending multiple faxes during that 1 minute and sometimes to the exact same fax number, however, only 1 fax will fail. There is no clear way to identify which fax has failed. Warm Transfer show original caller ID
Currently after a warm transfer is completed the user that received the transfer sees the caller ID information of the user that made the transfer instead of the ID of the person that they are on the phone with after the transfer.Can you make the caller ID show the information of the person that they are on the phone with?

I cannot download the Ringcentral App on my Chomebook computer since it does not have Windows. Ringcentral app does not support the ChromeOS operating system.

Display phone numbers with dashes (i.e., 123-456-7890)
When an incoming call appears on the screen of my Yealink phone, the caller's # is just one long string (i.e., 1234567890 vs 123-456-7890), which makes it particularly cumbersome (to me anyway) to try and copy it down.

Update IVR Greetings By Dialing In
We have several departments that need to update their IVR Greetings regularly, and having them have to record the greeting then submit a case is time consuming. It would be beneficial if the IVR Menus would have a PIN that the appropriate users can log into the IVR extension to update the greeting.

Imprivata
Imprivata is a secure MFA solution typically installed on a device such as a cellphone. Since we are not issued cellphones, RingCentral is our only business solution for phone and SMS, it would only make sense for Imprivata to function through RC as well.

Please add a transfer to vmail softkey.
It would be very useful to have a softkey to transfer calls directly to voicemail without the need to have to dial * codes.

Add park hold recall timer for presence visual park keys.
If you program park keys as a presence key there is no park hold recall timer. Ring Central only offers park hold recall for global park keys and not for the presence park keys.

Automatic Text Replies
This request is coming from a busy primary care doctors office. We use text messaging to communicate with our patients often. Sometimes we get texts after hours and on weekends. It would be great to have the option to send an automated text response when the office is closed letting patient's know other contact options and when our business hours are. I'm sure other businesses would appreciate this feature as well! Never let a client think they are being ignored but instead let them know when you expect a response!

Spelling Checker on RC Phone for the German Language
There is no available German spelling checker on the RingCentral Phone App. The only ones availalbe are EN (UK), EN (U.S.), Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), French (EU), French (Canada) and Portuguese (Brazil).

Allow Speed Dial Pins/Options In The RingCentral App
This would be great when trying to join a call that uses a pin/number password to enter. For instance, you dial a number, and in the options afterwards, you have to enter a pin. On your mobile phone you can enter something like 111-111-1111,,,1234. Apparently, RC does not have this feature. Please add it.Thank you

DND for Invisible Status
Make it so when you go invisible, DND is enabled as well so you do not get calls. We have receptionist that sometimes leave during office hours and the DND status makes it look like they are in the office still when they are not.
