Schedule off hours
I would like to schedule off hours so that I don't get phone notifications when I am done for the day of work. This is something Microsoft teams does, and it is super useful. You can schedule times for when you don't want to get notifications, or turn whole days off (like Saturdays and Sundays) so that you can really disconnect from work. With remote work becoming so huge, this would be a nice new feature.

Multiple Voicemail Greetings
Please provide the ability to record more than one VM greeting, ex. Standard, Out-of-Office, and Extended Absence Greetings and then the option to select each as needed. Currently, I set a Standard VM greeting but when I am out-of-the-office, I have to record a different greeting which overwrites my Standard, and then I have to re-record that when I'm back in the office, and the cycle continues. This request benefits anyone who uses Voicemail.

Allow MUTE recording announcement (in Automatic Call Recording) to be customized.
This feature does not currently exist. With Automatic Call Recording active, I would like to be able to customize the announcement that is made when a user presses *9 to mute and unmute a recording (for collecting sensitive information like credit card numbers.) Currently there is a default voice announcement that CANNOT be changed. Note, I already tried changing the Announcement on Start and Announcement on Stop feature in On Demand Recording, but this does not have an effect on the announcement in the automatic call recording mute feature.Thank you!

Allow Users To Turn Off Call Waiting
I want to give 100% of my attention to the person on the phone. It is distracting to have incoming calls clamor for my attention. If I am on the phone, I want incoming calls to go straight to voicemail. Thank you. Molly Friess, (907) 313-4840

Set Do Not Disturb when RCV, Teams, Zoom or WebEx meetings in progress
Set Do Not Disturb when RCV, Teams, Zoom or WebEx meetings in progress. Incoming calls on RC are quite disruptive and persistent on both laptop and mobile device unless the user intentionally switches softphone to DND. Not ideal to go back and forth with this for each meeting or ad-hoc call that happens throughout the work day.

Add an option to block deleting call logs in Ring central application
our employees do not answer a phone and it goes as missed call. They want to erase their track so that we don't know if they are answering all phone call so they delete the missed phone log or any other call that they feel its to their benefit. We want to have an option to block deleting phone call logs

Development Team - The proper use of the ignore button on an incoming call
When in a meeting via another online tool you get interrupted with a phone call. Pressing ignore does not get the call ignored it continues to ring. This disrupts all parties in the meeting. The feature of ignore should be that once pressed the call is taken to a voicemail. This has also happened when on a call, another call has come in and the ignore button won't work. Why have the ignore button if you can't forward the call to voicemail? This needs more flexibility in use as it currently is not helpful. I have now marked myself as…

Caller ID - Update All
I am the primary administrator for our company phone system that includes approximately 2,500 employees, each with a unique phone number.Managing Caller IDs is laborious because each employee has 9 or more values that have to be updated (Phone, RingOut from Web, RingMe, Call Flip, Fax Number, Mobile App, Additional Desktop App, Common Phone, and Alternate Call ID). I understand that different companies and types of companies have legitimate needs to have unique values for each type, BUT, it would be really nice if you could add some kind of "Update All" or "Apply to All" button that would push…

Incoming call pop up on multiple screens
Don't like how the phone window pops up in different places, making me search for it to answer. Phone needs to be stationary on one screen when using multiple monitors.

Conference calling from the computer should utilize the calling method chosen for the computer
When placing a new conference call from the computer it always uses the computer's microphone and speaker. It should utilize whatever calling method is chosen for the extension's settings (RingOut, RingOut to a specific device, etc.)... or it ought to at least give the option to choose the calling device on the "Conference Call" start screen. Not all of our employees have microphones/speakers on their computers, so starting the conference call using the computer as the endpoint is useless for them.

Encryption for Text Messages
When staff members send an e-mail with numbers, the e-mail is encrypted, blocked, or automatically masks the numbers. Can this be done in the RingOffice Text Messaging feature?

Turning Off Text Messaging
It would be great to be able to turn off texting with an auto-response similar to when you text a landline, such that you need not have any text communications with clients.

Set phone to DND during synced calendar meetings (RC or otherwise)
It would be nice to have a setting to allow all calls to go to voicemail when in meetings, whether they are virtual RC meetings or in person meetings so anything in say a synced Outlook calendar would be able to set phones to DND.

Show caller ID when someone calls a direct line
Currently if a customer calls a direct line it will only display their phone number and not their name with it. I feel like its a step back to not be able to display the callers name. I know not all phone providers show someone's name when they call but with our old system when I would call my direct line it would show my full name, now with this new system only my cellphone number is displayed.

Call waiting for queue calls
There should be an ability to have call waiting for queue calls as using an IVR with set queues is the easiest way of having an overall system and using simultaneous rings for the same phone number that's a direct line vs using a queue for the IVR is a laborious set up process and tends to complicate a phone system for businesses and the customers.

In this video, a call queue member “SZ” receives and answers a call from the Test 1 call queue. After about 10-15 seconds, you’ll see a call pop-up in the Call Queue Pickup section of the HUD. This is a 2nd call that “SZ” then answers from Test 1 call queue, which puts the first call on hold.If this meets your needs, please let us know. Caller ID on Internal Transfers
When one employee transfers a call to another, we cant see the called ID info. The callers info should appear on the transfer also.

show external caller's name/number when transferring call to another user, rather than person who transfers the call
Once transferred, next call recipient should be able to decide whether to answer call at that moment based on who is ACTUALLY calling. Based on my experiment (with RC Help Desk person), next call recipient sees only co-worker's name that transferred the call, not the original caller's name/info. It's very misleading. Only workaround identified is for me to wait for transfer call to be answered, announce the caller, find out if call will be accepted at this time, then hung up to allow caller through or revert back to original caller to take a message. A rather old-fashioned concept. If…
