Eliminating multiple Direct numbers in the dial pad
When my team is making outbound calls they have three direct number "call from numbers" this is causing a host of problems if employees don't remember to set their call from number to their actual direct number every time they're logging into the various Ring Central applications (i.e. Desktop App, web applications, salesforce integration or Mobile Phone application)

Remove voice mail from email when deleting voicemail from phone.
A lot of users are complaining about having to remove a voicemail from the phone, and then having to delete the voicemail out of their email, and then having to remove voicemail off the phone if they check the voicemail through email.

Automatic SMS replies
We are a business and we have had some issues with people texting our main line. We would like to disable SMS messaging to our main line and some extensions. We would still like the options of sending SMSs in the future so we don't want to disable it permanently. The other thing that would be really helpful is if there was an automatic outgoing message to anyone who sends us an SMS. This will insure that people will know they can't text us but still provides our business information for those looking.

Ability to customize Ring Central Phone App settings programmatically or set as default for new users.
We are deploying the Ring Central Phone application and there are many steps required by the end user to configure it after signing in. (See examples below)Rather than asking thousands of people to repeat the same steps, we would love to be able to either push the settings via policy or a config file which will serve as the defaults. Add RingCentral phone link handler to browsers on install
When I click a web link, RingCentral isn't on the list of available phone apps by default in Chrome, Edge, IE. Firefox allows you to pick a program from Windows file explorer, but the other 3 don't, they just provide a static list.RC should ask to be set as the default phone link handler and update whatever registry value necessary, or at the least it should add itself to the potential program list to handle

Maintain continuity of Ring Groups
We have run into issues when one deskphone in a ring group is unplugged for one reason or another and the ring group stops working correctly. The inbound call rings for maybe half a ring and then hangs up on the caller.We have also run into issues when a user within a ring group forwards their deskphone to another deskphone. When this happens all calls to that ring group only rings the deskphone on the receiving end of the call forward.Other phones systems that I have worked with have a complete separation of the ring group and the endpoints. Set a Default Caller ID Based on Contact
We have two company lines based on geographic region and are looking to add more territories in the future. When someone calls or texts one number, it creates confusion if we forget to change the caller ID and they get a call or text back from our other company number. I'd love to put a default caller ID or "from" number based on the contact so every time we call or text that contact the caller ID is associated with the number we set and we don't create confusion by responding from a different number.

SMS: Copy entire text message conversation with sender name & Number and date-time
All manner of business is being conducted via SMS. As a lawyer, I often have to go back and show what the conversation was, what was actually said. Others also have this need. Changing the type of ringtone depending on how the call comes in
Having a different ring when a call comes directly to their phone, vs when it is comes through the mainline number that has a call que set up to go to multiple different people? (i.e. if someone were to call my direct line or my extension directly as opposed to calling the main business number that has a call que set for it to ring to four different people until someone answers it so that we would by the different type of ring?

Being able to provision 2 or more Digital Lines on 1 desk phone
Being able to provision multiple lines under one phone so they may be able to receive and distinguish calls from multiple business/TN using just 1 device

Traditional Intercom needs to work.
Useful because it saves time. Currently, you have to dig into the Menu option, press InterCom, and then enter your extension. With a traditional intercom option, I should be able to 'buzz' the other party simply.

Export phone numbers including serial numbers for desk phone
I would like to download all the phone numbers on the account inluding the serial numbers of the desk phones. As for now, we can only download the phone numbers and the make and model of the desk phones.

Adding the keypress to show in incoming call information when receiving a call
Usually, it will only show the number being dialed by callers and not including the keypress they have pressed. It would be great if keypresses dialed by callers should also reflect in the call information.

Shadow call from people of people at remote sites
in the context of the integration of new employees, manager and new employee must do a call together with customer for example, but manager should not appear in call but could listen and also speak if necessary.

Simultaneous Ringing in Queues
We desperately need the ability to have multiple queues and as a call makes it way through those queues that the queues the call had passed continues to ring as it adds the second queue then the third queue. I assume this isnt an option based on conversation and research.

Avaya Crisis Mode for RingCentral System
Avaya has a Crisis Mode in their existing on premise system that allows a Receptionist to see which extension dialed 911 within their organization. Would it be possible for RingCentral to enable this feature as well, please and thanks?
