  1. When trying the same feature on MS Teams in iOS - you cannot barge. If you try to dial *82 + Extension instead of barging into a call, a regular extension to extension phone call is made to the person whom you were trying to barge.

    It would be great if this feature is available in mobile EA app (iOS and Android)

  5. The three button options to sign in that are now displayed on the login page are the Single Sing-on button, the Apple button, and the Google button.

    The customer wants the view that was previously displayed to them, which was a sign-in page with just the Google button.

  12. A way to force the call type and call outcome upon logging a call and default these to mandatory. Corporately we are trying to capture reporting on this but because it is not forced people are skipping this step.

Users who click the "Open plugin" button are redirected to a website (https://teams.ringcentral.com/assets/tab/rc/_beta/plugin-download.html?locale=en-US#/) where the most predominant button is the "download" button. The website should instead try to detect and launch the plugin, and if it is not detected, then offer to download and install the plugin.Citrix already does this with Citrix Reciever, so there's no reason that RingCentral couldn't adopt this.Alternatively, RingCentral could make the "Launch" button the predominant button and make the "Download" button smaller.The EXE installer should detect the presence of the MSI and not allow installation to continue.   14. We have been trying to process payment through the IVR, but we haven't find a tool to do it in RingCentral.
    This would be great to collect payment, automatically or guided by an agent.
    There are some platforms that do it but they are expensive, and it wouldn't be a good idea to use 2 phone systems.
    One of the most popular payment processor is CardConnect, and is currently the platform we are using for to charge our clients. (If you want a good price hit me up lol)
    I hope you will consider this idea!!

  16. As per customer, Assigning E5 Licenses to sync direct routing to RingCentral would not work for them.

    As per support site, each users should have e5 licenses for them to be able to sync each users to the Service portal.

    Customer would like to eliminate the need for E5 license to sync direct routing

    This is now available through the native Hubspot integration. When calls are logged, we provide a link to the call, but we also register the playback URL so that the recording can be played back natively in Hubspot

  19. Cx just wants to sync all the presence on all platforms
    But the thing is the option on the RC admin portal is to sync to all users or not sync at all
    He wants to sync for just a specific user.
