  2. In the RingCentral system, when a user's location has been detected to have changed the RingCentral system prompts said user to update their emergency location. What we would like to be able to do is receive a web-hook event when this happens instead, which then allows our 3rd party service to request and receive a much more in-depth emergency location from the user, which we can then pass back to RingCentral for the call routing.   3. When talking to customers we now have to read a disclosure EVRY time we talk to someone about a plan. Instead of us reading, I would like to click a number on our dial pad and play the recording so the client can hear it

It would be useful if you give the option to activate the text tool when the line is being activated, so the user who wants to use this tool can use it as soon as the line is activated, and thus avoid the user having to contact support to activate this function, as sometimes the cases cannot be easily opened to contact support because the page does not work and when trying to call sometimes there are no agents available, personally, I contacted support many times to get activated the text function and sometimes that takes days, and it's time…

  5. I run multiple screens with multiple applications running. When the Dial Pad is hidden under other screens, it is too clumsy to have to navigate back to the Ring Central app and open it back up.

  7. Our previous PBX allowed tiered ring groups for call queues to help with overflow and temporary unavailability. Primary members could be added to any or all tiers for continuous ringing at their extensions. The intent is to have primary members answer all calls at all tiers along with not disturbing secondary members with the initial ringing.

  8. Please add Azure SFTP with SSH as a solution to your archiver, Azure is the second largest cloud hosting provider, and yet no solution from RC. We want data secure within our environment and encrypted while in flight and at rest, the reason we want Azure with SSH.

We use various integrations with some of our chats that provide us updates from monitoring and status providers for our systems like Statuspage, OpsGenie, Pingdom, Jira, etc. The problem is that when the people who make the apps leave the company it breaks these integrations, and they are used by more than just the person who made them. It would be nice if you could create these integrations so they are not tied to a specific user or be able to reassign them to another user to manage.   11. Details : Customer would like to integrate MS Teams with BT Cloud Work. They've downloaded the app and connected it, but when they try to use it to make calls it asks the user to download the RingCentral App (they have the BT branded app installed). If they download the RC app it doesn't allow them to log in.Significance of the feature : Customer advised that they use MS Teams a lot for their business and would like to integrate it with BT Cloud WorkCurrent behavior : Microsoft Teams embedded dialer is only available for RingCentral accounts

  17. Calendly is very helpful for scheduling meetings/calls. It already has integrations for Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and GoToMeeting. It would be great if RingCentral similarly integrated and eliminated the step of having to create a link.

Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

  19. We've just sign up with RingCentral and I'm trying to migrate the configuration of Nextiva to RingCentral. We have a setting in one of the account, whereby if the phone is busy, forward to the first number, and if the phone is not busy, forward to the second number. The current control handling options of RingCentral is not capable to fulfill that mechanism.
