  3. Please integrate all direct numbers with WhatsApp business. Only the main number has access to WhatsApp business. All numbers on an account should have WhatsApp business access.

  4. Current methods allow for IT to uninstall the RingCentral EXE app from one user/profile (ie the logged in user) but there should be a method to allow IT to uninstall/remove the EXE from all users/profiles that could exist on a machine.

    The new MSI deployment tool allows IT to centrally deploy the EXE so it would be preferred to enhance this same tool vs a separate tool for uninstalls.

  6. We receive the original Caller ID (Client phone number) and we have the Destination Caller ID (Agent number) but we don't have the forwarding phone number if the Client dial on our General line. Is there a way for us, using RingCentral for Salesforce to receive all the call legs and the associated call legs phone numbers so we can display and store them in Salesforce?

  7. I need to have the RC plugin back to Outlook since I need to use it for calling. If I'm going to use the RC for Outlook app, I have to upgrade my plan to MS 2016 but I am only using MS 365

  11. When auto provisioning users, it would be helpful to be able to select the type of licensing you are providing to the accounts based off of the group they are added to in AAD. For example:

    1. Create Security Groups "RingCentralVideoPro" and "RingCentralDigitalAdvanced" in Azure/MS365.
    • For users in "RingCentral_VideoPro" AD group, Azure will provision an account based off of AD Attributes and assign a Video Pro license.

    • For users in "RingCentral_DigitalAdvanced" AD group, Azure will provision an account based off of AD Attributes and assign a Digital Advanced license, including assigning an extension and number to the account.

  12. RC has a frustrating limitation:
    When configuring phone hardware, Phone must be set up as EITHER a "User Phone" or a "Common Area Phone".
    -The only way "hot desking" login is possible is to configure device as a "Common Area Phone".
    -"Hot desking" login by other users is impossible on any "User Phone" devices.
    -Fun fact: Every night any users signed into a "Common Area" type phone are forcibly logged out, necessitating the login process EVERY MORNING for the phone to work.

  13. We have identified an issue where our system does not fully support call validation from Google. The problem occurs because Google begins playing the validation code before the call is actually answered. This happens due to the greeting that RingCentral plays before the app or phone starts ringing, leading to the code being provided before the call is picked up.

  14. Currently, we don't have an option to assign an activity to a user in HubSpot reports.

    After creating a report to view the total number of SMS/Calls using RingCentral for HubSpot in HubSpot, it will show under the Unassigned section.

  15. Is there a way to automatically be logged into RingCentral Softphone after logging in to Salesforce? Every time I click the Softphone popup, I'm required to sign-in every time.

    We currently do not have Single Sign-On set up for our RingCentral account as not all Users are provisioned with a phone number.

  16. Option to only logs calls to 'Contact' records via Hubspot.

    In Hubspot, they have disabled 'Associations' from logging calls but it is being overridden in the RC custom telephony integration.

    This is currently a limitation; but the option to control where the calls is desired due to the number of associations linked to a single contact.

  17. Are there directions to integrate the Ring Central Dialpad (https://app.ringcentral.com/calls/dialpad) with Microsoft Entra ID SSO? I am able to integrate it with https://service.ringcentral.com/application/overview but not the Dialpad

  20. is there a setting for that "Set DND status from Do not accept call queue calls to Take all calls"? I have the users set to on for both member status and queue status as well as making sure they cannot edit their status but I don't see any DND status.
