  1. When trying the same feature on MS Teams in iOS - you cannot barge. If you try to dial *82 + Extension instead of barging into a call, a regular extension to extension phone call is made to the person whom you were trying to barge.

    It would be great if this feature is available in mobile EA app (iOS and Android)

  2. The Analytics Reports in RingCentral for Salesforce is a stand-alone page built by RingCentral.

    Currently, we don't have the ability to configure or modify the dashboards and results.

    It would be great if we have an option to edit it to include or remove results from the reports dashboard.

  6. The three button options to sign in that are now displayed on the login page are the Single Sing-on button, the Apple button, and the Google button.

    The customer wants the view that was previously displayed to them, which was a sign-in page with just the Google button.

  9. RingCentral voicemail used to work the Microsoft Teams direct routing. It recently stopped to do so with no warning. This has strained the ease of using RingCentral calling queues with Microsoft Teams. Please bring back the ability to pick and choose between RingCentral voicemail and Teams voicemail.

  10. Currently, the screen pop settings in RingCentral for Salesforce in lightning mode has the same behavior (Existing browser window).

    It would be great if had an option for 'New browser window or tab' to work on Lightning mode.

    This way, the screen pop will appear on a new window or tab whenever there's an incoming call.

  11. We need to sync all call records and transcripts done within Ringcentral with Hubspot so all interactions appear on our Hubspot contact records. The problem I've found with all options I have found and tested is that one integration only integrates contact info and the other integration only logs calls done within Hubspot via the Ringcentral for Hubspot integration.

    We need all calls logged, even those done outside of hubspot. For example, if a client calls one of our agents directly on your Ringcentral softphone, we need it logged in hubspot but it doesn't right now. Only if the agent…

Guest accounts (B2B Collabaration Users) in Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure AD) should not sync along with regular contacts (Members) when using the MS Teams embedded dialer app. At a minimum, there should be an option to include or exclude Members/Guests when syncing Contacts.Many organizations use B2B Collaboration to provide single sign-on to their customers which causes large numbers of user records and it is not normal behavior for apps to sync these records by default when syncing contact records.   15. A way to force the call type and call outcome upon logging a call and default these to mandatory. Corporately we are trying to capture reporting on this but because it is not forced people are skipping this step.

  16. Customer had provided screen recording which you may find attached to this email as zip file.

    You can see that there is no option to "ask first" before transferring as the previous app allowed. A window in HubSpot with my contact profile also does not pop up like it used too, I realise I have multiple profiles however this is true for guests with only one profile too.

    If this does not help, then we can arrange a meeting with the customer directly.

Users who click the "Open plugin" button are redirected to a website (https://teams.ringcentral.com/assets/tab/rc/_beta/plugin-download.html?locale=en-US#/) where the most predominant button is the "download" button. The website should instead try to detect and launch the plugin, and if it is not detected, then offer to download and install the plugin.Citrix already does this with Citrix Reciever, so there's no reason that RingCentral couldn't adopt this.Alternatively, RingCentral could make the "Launch" button the predominant button and make the "Download" button smaller.The EXE installer should detect the presence of the MSI and not allow installation to continue.   19. We have been trying to process payment through the IVR, but we haven't find a tool to do it in RingCentral.
    This would be great to collect payment, automatically or guided by an agent.
    There are some platforms that do it but they are expensive, and it wouldn't be a good idea to use 2 phone systems.
    One of the most popular payment processor is CardConnect, and is currently the platform we are using for to charge our clients. (If you want a good price hit me up lol)
    I hope you will consider this idea!!
