Integrate sms with Halo
When a text comes into a specified number, a ticket could be created in Halo PSA. This could be restricted based on customers in Halo perhaps, or some other way to avoid spam tickets. Halo is already integrated with phone calls but not with SMS. Many of our customers text to notify us of issues, and if that generated a ticket it would be great.

Deals-Based Workflow Actions for RC SMS
Currently, RingCentral only supports sending SMS via a Contact-based workflow. I think sending SMS via Deal-based workflows or other objects (Appointments, Projects, etc) is equally as important. Few use cases:
- Pipeline Stage Triggers - We'd like to be able to send an SMS message to our customers after an appointment is resulted. This would be straightforward from a deal-based workflow. Deal stage changes and fire an automated SMS.
Currently, we would have to create a custom property to sync the deal stage to the contact record then fire automations at the contact level there.

Add “Name” Attribute to Phone Numbers Created via API (/byoc-carriers/{byoc_carrier_id} Endpoint)

Currently, when creating or managing BYOC phone numbers via the API (endpoint:
/restapi/v2/accounts/~/byoc-carriers/{byoccarrierid}), there is no way to assign a display name or label to a number.This omission leads to confusion and manual overhead, especially when Caller ID numbers are selected by end-users — since names are visible in the UI, but not assignable via API.
Problem Statement:
- Numbers created or provisioned via API have no associated label.
- In the RingCentral admin portal or apps, these numbers appear unnamed, making it difficult for admins and users to identify their purpose.

Introduce an official and documented API endpoint to apply a Call Queue template directly when creating or updating multiple call queues, ensuring the template’s configuration is systematically reflected during provisioning.Current Issue:

RingCentral for Salesforce - Marking the Required option for Call Logging field
We have installed the RingCentral for Salesforce app. When using RingCentral in Salesforce, is it possible to make any of the fields required on the web phone layout shown in the attached screenshot?
We know how to modify this layout by adding and removing fields , but it appears that we cannot mark any of the fields as required.
Could you please let us know whether it is possible to make fields required, or if this functionality does not exist yet?

Allow Contacts from Connected Accounts (M365, Outlook, Google) to be Added to Favorites
Currently, users cannot add contacts integrated via M365, Outlook, or Google to their Favorites within the RingCentral app. When these contacts are the source, the option to add to favorites (STAR button) is not available.
In contrast, contacts originating from RingCentral, TELUS, or AT&T can be added to Favorites without issue.
Users should be able to add contacts from connected accounts (M365, Outlook, Google) to their Favorites, provided the contact has a valid phone number. This aligns the behavior with contacts originating from RingCentral, TELUS, or AT&T.
