  1. We have integrated RingCentral with our Dynamics 365 Sales CRM. However, when we make a call through the RingCentral app, it is being logged as a Task instead of a Phone Call activity in Dynamics.

    We have already completed the following steps from our end:

    1. Signed in to the RingCentral Integration Console.
    2. Selected our Dynamics 365 account from the connected integrations list.
    3. Enabled the Activity Sync toggle under Activity Sync preferences.
    4. Configured the call logging preferences, ensuring the Call Type includes the required call types to be logged as Phone Call activities.

I login to portal https://app.ringcentral.com/login on Chrome (incognito mode) with my credentials (sadish@tealjones.com – test account) and MFA (enabled for all users), then open another tab visit www.office.com and click sign in. Here without authentication or MFA I am able to login to the M365 portal. Now I go to the first tab (where I was logged in to RingCentral) and log-out. Then Sign back in again, at this point RingCentral allows me to the portal without password or MFA.     Currently, RingCentral allows selecting a voicemail co-recipient, enabling voicemail from one extension to be shared with multiple users’ mailboxes. The HubSpot integration does not support this functionality.

    Use Case:
    Users want voicemails from a single RingCentral extension to appear in multiple HubSpot user mailboxes, improving visibility and collaboration across teams.

    Current Behavior:
    Voicemails can only be logged or delivered to a single user within HubSpot, limiting shared access and requiring manual forwarding or additional workarounds.

    Expected Behavior:
    The HubSpot integration should allow voicemails to be shared with multiple users, similar to the native RingCentral feature.

  13. When a text comes into a specified number, a ticket could be created in Halo PSA. This could be restricted based on customers in Halo perhaps, or some other way to avoid spam tickets. Halo is already integrated with phone calls but not with SMS. Many of our customers text to notify us of issues, and if that generated a ticket it would be great.

  16. Currently, RingCentral only supports sending SMS via a Contact-based workflow. I think sending SMS via Deal-based workflows or other objects (Appointments, Projects, etc) is equally as important. Few use cases:

    1. Pipeline Stage Triggers - We'd like to be able to send an SMS message to our customers after an appointment is resulted. This would be straightforward from a deal-based workflow. Deal stage changes and fire an automated SMS.

    Currently, we would have to create a custom property to sync the deal stage to the contact record then fire automations at the contact level there.

    Currently, when creating or managing BYOC phone numbers via the API (endpoint:
    /restapi/v2/accounts/~/byoc-carriers/{byoccarrierid}), there is no way to assign a display name or label to a number.

    This omission leads to confusion and manual overhead, especially when Caller ID numbers are selected by end-users — since names are visible in the UI, but not assignable via API.

    Problem Statement:

    • Numbers created or provisioned via API have no associated label.
    • In the RingCentral admin portal or apps, these numbers appear unnamed, making it difficult for admins and users to identify their purpose.

    Introduce an official and documented API endpoint to apply a Call Queue template directly when creating or updating multiple call queues, ensuring the template’s configuration is systematically reflected during provisioning.

    Current Issue:
    - There is no standard API to directly apply a Call Queue template at creation time.
    - The current workaround involves copying settings manually from an existing queue, but this does not always reflect the full template configuration.
