  2. Currently, if a phone number is associated with multiple contact records, the application will show all contacts linked to the same number without any filtering.

    We are looking for a way to force a number associated with multiple contacts to display as a Department or Site number during dialing.

  4. Looking for an option to have the 'Text message template' or 'Use template' when sending SMS using the RingCentral for HubSpot CTI.

    Currently, this feature is not yet available in the integration. It is only visible in RingCentral standalone application.

  7. Kreg wants to have the possibility to hover over a number and be presented with the chance to call or send SMS, which was with the RingCentral for HubSpot extension.

    He is gutted that he has to navigate a few steps before calling a contact or sending an SMS.

    He says this makes things more complicated.

  12. I have not been able to find a simple solution to download our Teams chat history. I am aware that I can download the Teams messages in the app settings, but it only saves as a .json file, which is not useful for my purposes. Requesting a complete data download of our Teams messages, including all reactions, images, files, and other documents shared within the messages?

  14. SPOG allows the splitting of audio devices. I wish the SF connected did the same. We are an inbound shop with peaky traffic, and would really appreciate a ringer. We could adjust tone and volume on - separate from the audio device / headset. There are cases when this would be helpful to increase or decrease ringer levels and tone.
