  2. Currently, SMS messages sent through HubSpot workflow automation are successfully delivered but are not automatically logged to HubSpot activity feeds. This creates a gap in activity tracking and makes it difficult for users to see a complete communication history within HubSpot.

  5. Description:
    Currently, when an inbound call is received through the RingCentral for HubSpot integration, the preview window displays the previous incoming call information instead of the current one. The request is to enhance the integration to display the correct caller number or caller ID in the inbound call preview window in real time.

    Current Behavior:

    • The preview window shows the last received call information instead of the new incoming call.
    • In some instances, the preview window gets stuck on the loading screen or displays a blank page, preventing the user from viewing caller details.

  6. The ability to sync prospect/contact information into Salesforce automatically from incoming RingCentral calls, particularly when using tracking numbers (e.g., creating new leads or matching to existing records based on inbound call data)

  10. There are customers who rely heavily on conference calls and are running into some gaps when those calls are logged in Salesforce. While standard calls work well, conference calls currently feel incomplete in comparison.

    What customers are experiencing:

    Conference call recordings are successfully saved in RingCentral, but users cannot play them directly within Salesforce.
    Only limited call information is logged, and additional participants in the conference call are not visible.

    This creates some friction because users have to leave Salesforce to access recordings and do not get a full picture of who joined the call.

  12. we have integration with salesforce in two ways. We are using the connector and the activity capture. So we are getting tasks and a voice call when a call is recorded in ring central. In sf we want to connect the two but cannot find a common call id. Is that something that exists? Is there a way to do that? Thank You.

  15. Currently, there is no way for admins to view the Do Not Disturb (DND) status of users from the RingCentral Admin Portal. The only way to determine if a user has enabled DND is by accessing their individual RingCentral app, which is not scalable or practical in environments with multiple users or contact center agents.

    This feature request is to add real-time visibility of each user’s DND status directly within the Admin Portal, either as a standalone column in the Users list or within each user’s profile page. Ideally, this would include:

  16. Pop up the existing contact record in Hubspot eventhough the calll was not answer.

    It is better to pop up the record eventhough the call was just a missed call or if we ignore or direct it to VM. Right now it will only pop up the contact record when it was answered

  18. It will be really helpful if additional call metadata can be passed through for Dynamics-side development. For example, automatically assigning a lead source on the contact form based on the phone number. We have someone who could add the logic within Dynamics, but he needs the call metadata to pass through. Thank you!
