  1. Click to Dial will is not working in 3rd Party SF app since the app is not showing in App Manager. RC for Google Click to Dial is not recommendable because it will not record the calls in Salesforce activity.

  5. I think a lot of the issues come from the integration not being used/coded to it’s fullest. Do you have teams dedicated to integration build-out (specifically for Salesforce implementation)? Either way, let me know and we can go from there!

  7. I wondering how I can get access through Zapier and/or Integrately to all of the organizations Missed Calls, Voicemails, etc, not just the ones specific to the user. I am trying to access the records from " Main number voicemail box 2 Message-Only Extension" To intgrate follow ups in our CRM afterhours but it doesn't seem like these are published to the admin account that I am connecting

  15. customer wants to have a feature that in Call queue, in longest idle set up. If the longest idle extension did not answer the phone call, the call will be routed to a specific extension. However the 2nd idle extension will not ring and will be available to take the other call. Same goes with the other extension if they did not answer phone call will be directed to specific extension

  20. When no contact is matched, it would be nice to have the ability to auto pop a new contact page so that the end-user can easily begin creating a new contact. With this, the captured inbound phone number should be automatically fed into the "Phone Number" field within HubSpot.

    Lastly, in an ideal world, the call would then be automatically matched to the newly created contacted without having to select it in the drop down manually.
