  1. Add calls and notes to customer activity log based on the phone number dialed or received from in ring central while the business central app is open. Also see all users call logs and permitted recordings against a particular customer card in BC.

  5. When updating calendar dates in the RC plugin for Salesforce the date displayed is in US date format - this is even with the computer set to UK date format and our Salesforce environment being set to display in UK date format too. Please can this be updated

We use FindTime a lot and when using RingCentral Video links with FindTime we run into a bunch of problems.I opened a ticket with support (12440948) and they suggested a feature request.They confirmed: I was not able to click the meeting invite to start the RCV meeting. I had to manually copy and paste the link into my Google Chrome Browser for it to work. What is also odd is that when I did that and put it into Chrome, it added a semi-colon which made the link invalid. Once I removed the semi-colon, it worked perfectly.

  9. i am low vision, use jaws and zoomtext reverse screen and screen reader on window360 i have small office and several paralegal who work from home. att want me to go to ring central but i want to be sure that it is compatble with jaws and reverse, if written in flash it just looks like snow to me. if the voice over does not work itwould be useless i need to know before i make a change i use outlook jjc

  11. Would like the ability to provision users without digital license. Many users don't need a digital license until later on after onboarding, and the assignment of phone number/desk phone is a manual process so the user receives a phone number specific to their office location. Currently new users will provision until all unassigned digital licenses are used up, then fail with "License limit has been reached". Only work around is to manually create the user extension with their email so that SCIM will auto update their user attributes.

  14. I had a customer looking for an automated way to forward the logs to the SIEM system hosted in the cloud for analysis. Currently there is no way to automatically feed the RC Office audit logs into a third party SIEM solution, in this case the SIEM being Rapid7. It would be very beneficial if there was an automated service that runs the download, and uploads to SIEM without having to click on anything (kind of like a reporting subscription).

  19. It would be great to be able to capture texts and calls directly in the managment software. Another company is already working with PracticePanther to capture texts, but it makes no sense to me to have two text phone numbers. I prefer RingCentral texting and want to capture that information in the client file and also capture the duration of calls for billing purposes.

  20. We use the RC widget inside of our programs, calls are answered via this widget, we are able to xfer a customer direct "cold" xfer, however; we are not able to "warm" xfer.
