Add missing office 365 Public Folder contact integration to the new ring central app
We have all our shared contacts in a public folder in office 365, the existing ring central phone app integrates with this through outlook, but this functionality is missing in the new ring central app.

RingCentral for Salesforce: Auto Log Notes - enabled by System Admin
Auto log calls' is able to be enabled at a system level by the admin. We have found that 'Auto log notes' is also a very useful feature. However, users must be aware/activate this themselves. If possible, providing the same admin level control over 'Auto log notes' as 'Auto log calls' (i.e. enable/disable for everyone by default) would be helpful

Allow SETTINGS Options to DELETE/DEACTIVATE User Account!
Please READ carefully as the issue is not what you might think, nor simple. Currently there’s a Developer GLITCH in RC App where if a User creates an account using "company email" not through the Admin Portal, NO ONE including Admin and the User can Delete this Account once it’s created. Each time I call Support and Log a Ticket, I’m given this Self Help Link; however, this DOES NOT work because it’s NOT the same issue because as stated above, Company Contacts/Users were not added via the Admin Portal. It’s a major glitch that needs to be fixed.My suggestions…

Grafana alert integration for MVP team messaging
Grafana supports a number of mechanisms for alert notification. This includes integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams, and it would be nice to have one for MVP as well. While the existing Webhook feature looks like it could be made to work, it doesn't look nearly as turnkey, and it doesn't promote use of MVP. Ref: Grafana notification integrations

Call forwarding in RingCentral for Chrome plugin
Add to the RingCentral for Google Chrome plugin the ability for end users to configure call forwarding: call forward no answer (Same configuration available on RC App, Settings > Phone > Inbound calls > Call Forwarding).

Sales Force Customer Data Pop Screen when answering parked call on Custom Park Lines
Many calls come in from the queues, but a lot are also parked on custom park lines. the Sales Force adaptor doesn't allow for those parked calls to screen pop in SF with the customer information making extra steps for the agents, all calls should pop as soon as the agent picks up the call regardless of where that call came from. even transfers.

Expose barging, monitoring, and coaching functionality via API
We have a system that shows some managers what their employees are currently doing. Part of that is showing the current phone state so the manager knows if now is a good time to listen in or help out.But there's no way to give the managers an easy way to hop on that call, instead, they have to dial special star codes (80,81,*82) and then the user's extension.
