Call Que to Custom parked locations
We have a sales force that found out about the call que ring all feature leaving miss calls to multi people. 1 answer 9 miss call. We had the idea can we setup our auto attendant to transfer to say Sales Parked line 1.10 people that are assigned to Parked line 1 receive a notification that there is a call on Sales Parked line 1. one button to page group
Currently, to page the office, you hit the page option, wait for the prompt asking for a page group, hit the keys for the page group, wait for it to dial then initiate the page.There should be a short key command for the page option. Hit the page button and all users in the page group would be activated.It would also be helpful to have the option as a soft key regardless of idle or on the phone.

Queue calls being tagged as answered by multiple users in SFDC(SFDC integrations with RC)
Queue calls being done through RC integrations with SFDC shows as if it is being answered by multiple users even though it is only being answered by one user extension. Upon checking the account , base on data being shown on admin portal's call logs. It register as the call that went through the call queue and is being answered by one extension which is working as intended, but when we check the tagging on SFDS is shows as if its being answered by multiple users within the call queue. empower call queue
when someone calls the main line and the recipient of the call from a queue must be notified even if they are on a busy status.
just like dialing the direct line of the ext lets say they are on a call and there is incoming calls they heard a beep sound with the information of the caller but call queue are stop receiving calls or notif when they are on a busy status3 votes -

MS Teams embeddable app to choose default tab
Every time I click on the RingCentral integration in Teams it defaults to the Phone tab.In Settings, I can see you can change the tab order. I did this and put HUD first, however, it still defaults to loading the Phone tab whenever I click into RingCentral.It would be nice to be able to set the default tab (unless of course there is good reason for Phone loading) as I'm more interested in seeing the presence than the dialer and call history.

Choose default Tab in Teams 2.0 Integration
I'm using the Beta Teams 2.0 integration. For the most part I think it's great, however whenever you click into the RingCentral area it always loads one the Phone tab which shows calls history and the dialler. For us that's not much use and everyone here would much prefer the HUD tab to be the default. If in the Settings area you could select your preferred default tab, that would be much better.

Having the capability of accessing RingCentral Call recording in Bullhorn.
This will make for easy access to information for users that are using Bullhorn to review call recordings and don't need to switch applications.

Salesforce Integration: Populate "Completed Date/Time" field with Date/Time call was completed
The record created in Salesforce includes a "Completed Date/Time" field, but if a call was made on another device and then saved to Salesforce using the Call History tab, this field is populated with the date/time that the record was saved to Salesforce and not the Completed Date/Time of the call itself.

Choose Destination Folder for Archiver Backups
The Archiver app currently has no control over the destination folder - it just syncs directly to Google Drive, and I'm assuming, creates it's own folder on whatever account you synced it with. For our purposes, the whole point of backing up this data, was for our Team to have access to historical SMS between internal staff and our clients. If I'm the administrator and I sync Archiver to my account's Gdrive, then I'm the only one who can access that data, which defeats the entire purpose. Auto transfer completed calls to an external number. ie survey number
This feature can be used to automatically transfer callers to an external number, ie. a survey, after completion of the call. Then the agent wouldn't have to transfer the call manually.

Ability to filter the 'Related To/Associated to' record results based on Opportunity Stage.
Use Case: a high percentage of accounts for this customer have 10+ associated opportunities. The goal is to filter queried records in our SFDC - RingCentral integration by stage (for example their version of only seeing opps in stage 2/3/4) so that the relevant opportunity to log calls and activity against will tend to present, instead of a lengthier/trickier list of records to navigate.
