  1. customer wants to have a feature that in Call queue, in longest idle set up. If the longest idle extension did not answer the phone call, the call will be routed to a specific extension. However the 2nd idle extension will not ring and will be available to take the other call. Same goes with the other extension if they did not answer phone call will be directed to specific extension

  3. We have identified an issue where our system does not fully support call validation from Google. The problem occurs because Google begins playing the validation code before the call is actually answered. This happens due to the greeting that RingCentral plays before the app or phone starts ringing, leading to the code being provided before the call is picked up.

Since the business is adding an existing device to their RingCentral account, it would be very helpful if there's some sort of Flag or Warning that will show on the actual desk phone when they add it to their RingCentral account that will tell them the device is already registered on another account instead of them calling support. It will save more time for them instead of trying to register a device that cannot be registered since it is already added to a different account.

  7. As per customer, Assigning E5 Licenses to sync direct routing to RingCentral would not work for them.

    As per support site, each users should have e5 licenses for them to be able to sync each users to the Service portal.

    Customer would like to eliminate the need for E5 license to sync direct routing

    This is now available through the native Hubspot integration. When calls are logged, we provide a link to the call, but we also register the playback URL so that the recording can be played back natively in Hubspot

  9. Our goal is to integrate RingCentral with Trello to streamline our sales process. Currently, making calls manually from Ring Central creates unnecessary work. With this integration, our sales team can directly call phone numbers stored in Trello's phone number field using RingCentral's system.

    The call will connect instantly, and the system will automatically record the conversation on the client card and can attach it as a recording so that anyone that has access to that card has a history of the calls made to that business.

    After the call, the team can easily add notes and update the call disposition…

  10. When no contact is matched, it would be nice to have the ability to auto pop a new contact page so that the end-user can easily begin creating a new contact. With this, the captured inbound phone number should be automatically fed into the "Phone Number" field within HubSpot.

    Lastly, in an ideal world, the call would then be automatically matched to the newly created contacted without having to select it in the drop down manually.

  14. Is it possible to do a 3-way call in the CRM extension? I just tried to do this with a client and the attorney. I could hear both of them, but they could not hear each other and I couldn’t see any way to merge the calls. I tried to start over and add the attorney to the call with the client. It looked like that was working, but it never rang for the attorney.

    Picklist value will not work for them beacuse they have a thousands of information that they use in Salesforce for a long time and picklist value will not work for them they need an option to have a look up value.
