Integrate teams messaging to Outlook plugin
It would be nice if there was an ability to add the Teams/messaging component into Outlook. I download the RingCentral for Outlook plugin and it shows voice, fax, and text, but not the Messaging component. Is there an updated plugin that includes this or plans for this integration in the future. Thanks.

Single Sign on Option - for Google
The three button options to sign in that are now displayed on the login page are the Single Sing-on button, the Apple button, and the Google button.
The customer wants the view that was previously displayed to them, which was a sign-in page with just the Google button.

RingCentral API or integration with Cliniko
We are currently using texts through Cliniko, our Electronic Medical Record platform, however. I have to copy and paste information from each call and voicemail into their communications section of their chart. An API or integration of some sort would help save time spent per phone call in the middle of working on other patient charts.
We also have to use a separate number for texting, often causing communication with patients. the EMR system cannot receive texts to our main number with ATT Office At Hand and it cannot receive images or attachments that patients try to send. We often…

App Connect extension for RingCentral, option to change from "New Lead" to "Active" status
When a contact or candidate is added to Bullhorn via App Connect for RingCentral, they are added with a status of "New Lead". May we request a change from "New Lead" to "Active" status

Develop a Process for Automatically Removing Personal Contacts
Hello,
My team and I have been using the RingCentral for HubSpot Extension as well as the Data Sync that pushes all of our HubSpot Contacts to our RingCentral Accounts. We have only been using the sync for about 5-6 months now and have already maxed out the number of contacts we can have in our RC accounts (10,000).
With that, we can no longer search for our HubSpot contacts by name in the RC App and it causes a lot of confusion when trying to keep all communications in order.
My proposal is to add an automation/configuration within RingCentral…

Cx just wants to sync all the presence on all platforms
But the thing is the option on the RC admin portal is to sync to all users or not sync at all

MS Teams in a meeting status
The RingCentral presence does sync to MS Teams, but the MS Teams presence does not sync to RingCentral. I have been in MS Teams Meetings before which auto set my MS Teams presence to busy and forgot to turn off Accept Queue Calls. During my meeting, I will receive an incoming call from RingCentral. Only if I specifically turn off Accept Queue Calls will I not receive a call
Hoping that eventhugh I did not disable or off accept call queue calls my status will still read as not available since I am on meeting on MS Teams.
