1. Add a Message Store API endpoint that allows you to pull messages for all or a selection of extension ids

   The existing Message Store "List Messages" endpoint requires you to run it for each individual extension id, whether or not that extension has any messages for the specified time period (dateFrom to dateTo). This is incredibly inefficient if you have a large number of SMS enabled extensions.

   I had hoped that the Message Exports "Create Message Store Report" would allow me to pull this data more efficiently, but it takes forever to complete, so it can't reliably be run frequently.

2. Account-wide triggers for Zapier

   I wondering how I can get access through Zapier and/or Integrately to all of the organizations Missed Calls, Voicemails, etc, not just the ones specific to the user. I am trying to access the records from " Main number voicemail box 2 Message-Only Extension" To intgrate follow ups in our CRM afterhours but it doesn't seem like these are published to the admin account that I am connecting

5. RingCentral for Outlook using New Outlook

   Currently, the RingCentral for Outlook integration is only visible using the old Outlook layout.

   It would be great if we have the option to have this available in the new Outlook layout.

   Per Microsoft KB: COM Add-ins will not be supported in the new Outlook for Windows but will continue to work in classic Outlook for Windows.

9. RC for Zapier Trigger - SMS with URL

   These SMSes have, by and large, been working just fine . . . until they don't. We're not getting any API error on Zapier, and the messages show up in the user's Text history, but all of them have the "Message Cannot Be Sent" error on them. This happened last month, on May 27th and continued until June 3rd (7 days).

   It just started happening again June 23rd - 100% of the messages sent via the API are getting an error and not being sent. We don't have any additional details except for the red text "Text send failure" in the log and "Message cannot be sent".

   If he manually resends the message it will go through. He can also manually send new messages via the UI.

   I have looked through the Admin UI and I can't see any sort of error. It doesn't appear that he is "Out" of messages - he is currently showing as 45/115.

   We are depending on these messages going out to our leads so they can respond directly to Jesse, but it's failing in a way we can't account for.

11. Provide features to personalize the default logging of a subject line.

    I would love to be able to personalize the default subject line logged for an SMS in Salesforce. Notably, if I could make it "SMS with <name>" or--even better--"SMS about <x>" from the first line in my notes or something of the like.
