  1. When the caller dialed the main number and the User needs to callback, the main number will show as the User's Caller ID. When the caller dialed the direct number of the user, the caller ID will be the direct number when the user calls back.

There's an integration using a SIP Trunk for Five9 to send RC ext calls , and Five 9 offers a directory lookup on their side, however , RC does not have a reverse path/route to have a similar directory lookup method just like Five9. It would be beneficial for an RC account with SIP Trunk integration with Five9 to have address book available to “search” for the list nor access an address book of Five9 agents.

  6. I am not sure if this is a limitation of Microsoft's or RingCentral's or if this was just an oversight when the SCIM provisioning integration was built in Entra (formerly Azure AD). However, it would be nice if automatic provisioning could read the phone number assigned to a user in RingCentral and set the user's phone number in Entra.

As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let staff know our availability and more importantly to route external calls to relevant call queues\voicemails, etc. when unavailable or on a call. We use RC Teams embedded dialer app to make\receive external calls. DND is the only Teams status that sync's across to RC and drops that status into DND which will achieve the desired result of forwarding calls on for answer via call queues etc. I would like to see the following Teams statuses achieve the same thing. Users who click the "Open plugin" button are redirected to a website (https://teams.ringcentral.com/assets/tab/rc/_beta/plugin-download.html?locale=en-US#/) where the most predominant button is the "download" button. You can now access Ring Central within Microsoft Teams which is amazing and so helpful, however one small feature that isn't available yet is to use the Ring Central Scheduler option which is used to generate a Conference Call and a Toll Free number is generated. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to have a Teams Meeting and use the Ring Central Conference number so people can call into the Teams Meeting.
