  1. i am low vision, use jaws and zoomtext reverse screen and screen reader on window360 i have small office and several paralegal who work from home. att want me to go to ring central but i want to be sure that it is compatble with jaws and reverse, if written in flash it just looks like snow to me. if the voice over does not work itwould be useless i need to know before i make a change i use outlook jjc

  2. I'd like to have an Auto-Attendant ask a caller to enter their ticket number in order to be connected to an agent. The integration would need to pull over ticket number and ticket status from Syncro MSP. The Syncro MSP API does provide that info, along with other customer specific info.

  3. We currently use a hosted exchange for our email service. The Scheduler app only works with Office 365. It would benefit our firm if we could use the Scheduler app especially while courts are closed. We utilize RC Meetings/Video regularly.

Allow the SCIM source to pass the phoneNumbers of type work for DID and other for extension at create time to select which unassigned extension to use and set the extension number.The phoneNumbers parameter exists and can be set, but does nothing on creation. It would be great to set the numbers in the source directory and have the process automatically select the correct unassigned extension if available based on the DID provided. The creation process could also set the extension number to the value provided. These are the fields that are returned everywhere else for existing users.

  8. We would like to change the default settings for the following options: Turn off video for all participants Require a password Participants can only join after me Enable waiting room I made the changes in the RingCentral app for my PMI, but it does not follow through to the Outlook plugin.

  9. Archiver has come out of beta and a new 30 day search limit has been applied. I now cannot determain quickly how many recordings are in my recording solution (prior was no limit)I cannot do a single SAR searches via the archiver tool, It has to be done in batches. 2 telephone numbers over 1 year means 24 unique searches and a lot of wasted time.:/

  12. I had a customer looking for an automated way to forward the logs to the SIEM system hosted in the cloud for analysis. Currently there is no way to automatically feed the RC Office audit logs into a third party SIEM solution, in this case the SIEM being Rapid7. It would be very beneficial if there was an automated service that runs the download, and uploads to SIEM without having to click on anything (kind of like a reporting subscription).

  19. It would be great to be able to capture texts and calls directly in the managment software. Another company is already working with PracticePanther to capture texts, but it makes no sense to me to have two text phone numbers. I prefer RingCentral texting and want to capture that information in the client file and also capture the duration of calls for billing purposes.
