  1. We use Zapier to run a variety of automations whenever there are missed calls. Unfortunately, we cannot build any automations around call queues as this feature is not supported in the Ringcentral integration with Zapier which limits how we set up the system. Either we use a virtual user (that can integrate with Zapier) that forwards calls to multiple call agents or we use a call queue (that cannot integrate with Zapier) and give up all this extra functionality.Please add call queue support to Zapier!

  2. Purolator wants to arm their drivers with Zebra devices with the RC App. they need the calls to go over the cellular data network and use the carrier minutes ONLY when cell data is not available. The plan they have with their current provider offers unlimited data but carrier calls are very expensive and is only to be used when absolutely necessary.

  6. Even if I have the unread switch deactivated, I will prefer to be able to choose if the new unread messages can go on top of the rest of the messages (ignoring the teams, messages etc). Just put on top all the chats where I have new messages.This is because all the unread messages are spread all over the list I have in left side of the UO window and it is possible to skip some messages, especially if the list with the favorites is pretty long...

  7. SPOK attendant console integration is a key requirement for BMC. They have been utilizing SPOK as their call intake solution, as well as an interface to beepers/paging devices for many years. The hospital is currently unwilling to part with this platform. SPOK seems to be dominating the healthcare market.https://www.spok.com/

  8. It would be helpful for a host to be able to create a link, excluding the host's personal meeting ID information, for another user to have and use. In other words, if I have frequent appointments with "John Doe," I could create a "John Doe" meeting link for John and myself to have, and every time I have a meeting with "John Doe" I could just use his link.

  10. When clicking on the RC SMS button in Pipedrive, allow for texting from the Mac app instead of the chrome widget. Currently, this is possible for a phone call, but not for SMS

  11. You can only blind transfer with the HubSpot Plug In. We need to be able to talk to who we are transferring to first. Please add this feature. It is already a RingCentral Feature just need the option added to the HubSpot Plug In.

  13. Please create a feature that allows us to forward a voicemail to another RingCentral user within the company directory. Current I would need to download the audio and upload it back to message. Its not efficient. Another suggestion is to attach the audio with the email notification of the voicemail transcription

  15. existing app was developed by Bitrixs24 CRM team and app is not workign actually. We are missing some call recordings and sometimes it doesn't allow to make calls.When logging in - I can choose other emplyees numbers as outbound numbers but never mine.

  18. ...for the purpose of sending inbound PSTN calls to the 3rd Party CC/IVR and receiving Agent leg calls to RC user devices. Basically mirroring our own integration with NiC/InContact with vendors like, Five9, Enghouse, Genesys, Amelia...etc. Currently, CENG fields these requests and builds these connections per customer which ties up CENG,Ops and Engineering resources for each deployment. Product,Engineering and Ops have already setup similar connections with Five9s with plans for others like Enghouse, Genesys and Avaya but these are being setup for one direction/traffic type only....Agent Leg to RC users. The concern for providing "inbound PSTN to 3rd party CC/IVR"…

  19. The Users are using Bridge Operator Console for RingCentral to make/receive and transferring calls. When we transfer calls to another user through Bridge, the voicemails are being saved in the RC app. We would like that to be saved in MS Teams instead.

The automated system for outbound calls would allow the user to add numbers that they want to call in bulk and Ringcentral would automatically call all the numbers in the list one after the other without the user having to dial the number every time.The system would be useful for Recruiters, Sales agents and any other business that makes use of cold calling.I know other apps offer this service and it would be really great to have it on RC as well.
