  2. It allows for constant play of music/message on hold. Not the current restart or play from the beginning file upload. this would require a SIP Integration.

For security reasons, the customer SFIL MUST disable file sharing in Glip to avoid propagation of viruses.When disabling file sharing in Glip Admin, users can still exchange Code Snippet.Customer demonstrated that they were able to share EICAR virus using this feature.They consider this as a security threat and want to disable that capability of sharing code snippet when file sharing is disabled.

  4. It is useful as it will be a faster way to get notified if an alert of the particular criteria gets triggered. One won't have to check emails or have to keep the portal open all the time to get notification.

  5. Wish there was IFTT support with RingCentral with the applets. I'm not smart with computer and IFTT Makes It easy to delever information to almost any platform i need from. From live call display for free pbx. The same would be great for here to help out even more. We use IFTT for alot and its unsupported. Just being our luck as we are Considerable familour about pipedream and other apps like that. I'm old school. I would love to be able to get my inbound info from IFTT the same way as i would on this platform that's great.

  7. Some customers use Teams as their primary collaboration and calling application and Salesforce as the CRM. It would be helpful for users to be able to stay in Teams for calling while using Salesforce.

  8. In Enterprise Federations Enterprise Admins may administer all the intances in the Admin Portal, but not in the Developer's portal. It is necessary to create separate logins in each instance in order to create and manage 'Applications' in the developer portal. This should work like other operation in the Enterprise Admin Role.

  9. Some customers use Teams as their primary collaboration and calling application, with 1,000's of users using MS Teams. Adding MSI support for the new RingCentral Embedded Dialer Plug-In for MS Teams would be a way to be able to strategically deploy it.

  18. Covetrus Pulse cloud application is used in many Veterinary practices as Practice Mgmt Software. Integration would benefit clients with incoming calls to fetch the client record automatically using the caller number. This will bring in great efficiencies within the call and appointment process. This will increase Ring Central's penetration into Veterinary businesses.

  19. I find it odd that RingCentral allows the automatic call recording to record on hold marketing music when we are the ones who intiated the call but not when we are called. What could be the reason for this other than "system limitation"?

  20. Right now only Missed Calls or Completed Calls will trigger automations in Zapier. Instead, it would be nice if ANY call could trigger an automation and then we can filter by result and create more complex workflows.
