  1. Within the MS Teams RC Embedded Dialer app 2.0 can the RC App Chat be added? I use Teams and RCA to talk to both sets of customers and it would be great to work within one app and not both. So I can have all my RCA chats and groups with customers and RC staff as well as my Teams chats.

  3. We have implemented the integration between RingCentral and Dynamics 365, and it is working. Our user base has asked us if we can change the screen pop to open in a new tab, as if they are working on in a Dynamics screen and they receive an incoming call the screen pop in the current tab overrides what they are currently working on and they are losing work.I cannot see a setting that request the pop open in a new tab, are we able to do this, and if so can you point me in the direction of the setting…

  6. Our CRM can't take over the call after it rings the RingCentral number, and It is going to RingCentral voicemail. If the calls are not answered after 20s, The calls should be answered by our CRM Voicemail system.

  7. The only thing we found was the Teams integration is great but does not stand alone on its own. For us and they way we work, if the RC app has to be installed along with the plug in to work with Teams, it almost is not needed since the RC app has to be there anyways, we feel it would just be more beneficial to just use the RC app on its own.If there is a way for it to stand alone on the Teams RC app on its own, we would be more wanting to use it

  8. We have MS Teams Integration using the PBX Portal and the ring time for all ringcentral phones needs to be set to 6 Ring/30 Seconds or higher. As our MS Teams environment is set to 4 Ring/20 Seconds. This allows all call handling to be handled by MS Teams. If the ring times are the same or RingCentral is lower, MS Teams doesn't handle the calls correctly.We manually have to change this setting on each phone when a user is created. We have a fully automated process that requires no input besides setting the Ring Time setting.

  11. we need this feature added so we can just dial from google sheet and without going to a different program or software, it will integrate this on rc app and will get all customers' details including their address to easily verify the account

RingCentral's current lack of API connectivity with Calendly and other popular applications hinders our ability to cater to clients who favor streamlined scheduling.We are currently employing a marketing strategy that relies on Calendly to schedule meetings. It presents a challenging situation when promoting UCaaS to prospects while relying on a competitor for video conferencing meetings scheduled through Calendy.   19. Up until a year or so, anything my organizationor user would receive a fax the fax's content would be in the notification email in a pdf file. This was very convenient and did not require us to log in to the app or the portal to read the content. It was flexible.Now, I must log into the app (on my phone) or on the portal (on my computer) to download/view the fax message. Instead of moving towards integration and facility this was a move backward.

This is similar to the google/microsoft fix, but this would allow for one personal google account be shared with all users, giving them the ability to import all google contacts imediately, for everyone, but then moving forward additional contacts would also be shared when they get added. Nextiva has this feature of sharing contacts company wide when creating new contacts.
