  1. End users need a simple SMS solution that integrates into their web-based CRM. While our Google Chrome integration does off click-to SMS support, it does not support attachments or emojis. Customers need to direct their users to use the RC App when attachments and emojis are needed.

When using click-to-SMS via Hubspot, the customer is not seeing the past thread or history, unless they go to the activity fields in Hubspot or if they open their message history from the RC extension. People love learning new things but people LOVE showing off the new things they have learned (bragging rights haha)The how to videos are great but a daily reminder or pop up will help keep all this amazing information locked in and relevant.. Daily useful tips/tricks for new and advanced users (essentially like a tiktok for RC)

This would be a great addition (Specify the phone number to download when using Ringcentral Archiver to Dropbox connection.) as we have many phone number and I don't need to archive all of them, just a select few. It would also be great to be able to specify the folder within dropbox they will be saved.

  11. Currently there is no way to make direct calls to external numbers in the RingCentral Microsoft Teams Plugin. This functionality would be helpful to make a direct call instead of only conference calls.

  12. If a user has numbers for multiple states and/or countries, it would make it easier if on the dial pad, the caller id number selected will have a drop-down option so that other numbers can be selected. The main RingCentral App has it. The other integrations should have it as well.

  13. With so many new regulatory requirements, many companies are no longer allowing personal contacts to be stored on corporate systems or email servers. Currently, I can add a Microsoft account and a Google account but not two Microsoft or google accounts. I would like to see the feature to add additional account and have the ability see them separately under All contacts.

  14. Add calls and notes to customer activity log based on the phone number dialed or received from in ring central while the business central app is open. Also see all users call logs and permitted recordings against a particular customer card in BC.

  17. calls to number with "/" symbol not going through>can not delete the character because we use the outlook plugin to dial a number from a signature without editing it. Because of an old standard the "/" is still used to separate the area code from the phone number in Germany

  19. I'm building out some complex call routing. Listening to telephony events, and using the Telephony Call Control API, I have the ability to transfer a call to a specific user after doing a quick lookup on our CRM.In the event of no phone number in our CRM, we want to route the call to different groups of individuals. It's not the same group of individuals every time, it will fluctuate based on availability and last call taken. So any sort of custom call handling logic that RingCentral provides, won't suffice.The Telephony API, allows me to forward to a single extension.…

  20. If you decide to use Microsoft Teams interface with Direct routing , 911 nomadic no longer works. But Teams can pass the data to Ring Central or other direct routing connection in case of 911 call. Without it Teams as a client is useless and shouldn't be sold.
