Choose Destination Folder for Archiver Backups
The Archiver app currently has no control over the destination folder - it just syncs directly to Google Drive, and I'm assuming, creates it's own folder on whatever account you synced it with. For our purposes, the whole point of backing up this data, was for our Team to have access to historical SMS between internal staff and our clients. If I'm the administrator and I sync Archiver to my account's Gdrive, then I'm the only one who can access that data, which defeats the entire purpose. Salesforce Integration: Populate "Completed Date/Time" field with Date/Time call was completed
The record created in Salesforce includes a "Completed Date/Time" field, but if a call was made on another device and then saved to Salesforce using the Call History tab, this field is populated with the date/time that the record was saved to Salesforce and not the Completed Date/Time of the call itself.

Call Que to Custom parked locations
We have a sales force that found out about the call que ring all feature leaving miss calls to multi people. 1 answer 9 miss call. We had the idea can we setup our auto attendant to transfer to say Sales Parked line 1.10 people that are assigned to Parked line 1 receive a notification that there is a call on Sales Parked line 1. Ability to minimize or move RC dialer in salesforce in classic view
the dialer is eating too much space in the side panel w/c hindering to access other features. we use click-to-dial most of the time and having the dialer up all the time is not applicable for us.

Integrate multiple domains on one account with multi-site setup
Right now, we only have the option to use one domain per account.
With a multiple site set up, it will be great if we can integrate each site to a different Microsoft Teams domain.
For example, one site is name@emortgagecaptial.comname@emortgagecaptial.com and the other is name@saxumventures.comname@saxumventures.com. They are two different Microsoft accounts.2 votes -
Save Voicemails in MS Teams when using Bridge Operator Console for RingCentral.
The Users are using Bridge Operator Console for RingCentral to make/receive and transferring calls. When we transfer calls to another user through Bridge, the voicemails are being saved in the RC app. We would like that to be saved in MS Teams instead.

Make any call (independent of outcome) trigger automations in Zapier
Right now only Missed Calls or Completed Calls will trigger automations in Zapier. Instead, it would be nice if ANY call could trigger an automation and then we can filter by result and create more complex workflows.

Transmitted Page Count in GET Message Store API
When calling the GET Message Store API endpoint, if the fax failed to transmit completely, I want to know how many pages were transmitted successfully so I can retransmit the document with no repeated pages and also limit my future transmissions to page counts the recipient can handle. The GET Message Store call contains a "faxPageCount" field which contains the number of pages that were attempted to transmit, however, when the transmission fails mid transmission, I expect for some field to surface how many pages were successfully transmitted, not just the full document page count.
