  1. I'd like to have an Auto-Attendant ask a caller to enter their ticket number in order to be connected to an agent. The integration would need to pull over ticket number and ticket status from Syncro MSP. The Syncro MSP API does provide that info, along with other customer specific info.

  2. i am low vision, use jaws and zoomtext reverse screen and screen reader on window360 i have small office and several paralegal who work from home. att want me to go to ring central but i want to be sure that it is compatble with jaws and reverse, if written in flash it just looks like snow to me. if the voice over does not work itwould be useless i need to know before i make a change i use outlook jjc

  6. Customer would like to be able to see closed cases that were opened as whitelisting cases in SalesForce and moved to fraud investigation. Currently, per Yuliya Pierce, these cases are not cases they display to clients. Customer would like to be able to view after these cases are closed.

  8. When using the RC outlook plugin and receiving texts (messages) it is not possible to delete the texts via the RC outlook addon. Although, opening the RC phone app and deleting the texts (messages) works… but only sort of. After deleting the texts (messages) in the RC Phone app and then reopening outlook, The RC outlook addon shows blank texts (messages) by “anonymous” so, although the texts (messages) are deleted from the RC outlook addon it is still taking up space and does not look professional for an app and or an apps outlook addon.So, The idea is somewhat simple…

  12. The sending and receiving of files though messaging already exists in the desktop and phone ringcentral applications. In order to prevent my team from bouncing between apps, please enable this feature in the salesforce integrated app. Thank you!

  13. We have a system that shows some managers what their employees are currently doing. Part of that is showing the current phone state so the manager knows if now is a good time to listen in or help out.But there's no way to give the managers an easy way to hop on that call, instead, they have to dial special star codes (80,81,*82) and then the user's extension.   16. Please READ carefully as the issue is not what you might think, nor simple. Currently there’s a Developer GLITCH in RC App where if a User creates an account using "company email" not through the Admin Portal, NO ONE including Admin and the User can Delete this Account once it’s created. Each time I call Support and Log a Ticket, I’m given this Self Help Link; however, this DOES NOT work because it’s NOT the same issue because as stated above, Company Contacts/Users were not added via the Admin Portal. It’s a major glitch that needs to be fixed.My suggestions…

  17. It would be great if we could default a specific Salesforce object to be set as the screen pop source. For example, even if multiple Contacts are found to match the inbound phone number but only one Account matches, the integration would pop to the Account record instead of the search results page. This would only work if a single Account was found to match, but we've found that leaving our call dispositions on the Account record itself is more helpful for our team, so we'd love to have that defaulted as the primary source to relate to the calls,…

Requesting feature to sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs , so that whatever settings has beens set to MS teams will also tell the Call logs from RC call logs, for example user from MS teams placed status to dnd and all calls should be routed to voicemail as he sets settings to MS Teams allow voicemail, which means RC system and call logs will detect the MS teams app that user was on DND and the call logs of RC system should be showing sent to voicemail and not call connected.
