The ask is to set the default value for "Related To" items in Salesforce. For companies that have Clients set up in multiple places in Salesforce, under "Accounts" or "Opportunities", giving us the option to set a default place where call history is stored.

The normal behavior for MS Teams is, if the status is away, call rings and then goes to voicemail. For this feature, callers will hear a voicemail message immediately if the user's status is away.

Adjustments to allow pop out the Extension HUD to the middle blank space or return back to the previous look. With the new look, it seems that we can use the middle lank space for the dial pad, messages and videos but Not the HUD extension list anymore.

...nce it has been integrated.. RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.
