  3. Within the MS Teams RC Embedded Dialer app 2.0 can the RC App Chat be added? I use Teams and RCA to talk to both sets of customers and it would be great to work within one app and not both. So I can have all my RCA chats and groups with customers and RC staff as well as my Teams chats.

  5. Hi, it would be so great if there was a way to remove the lengthy pause that follows the greeting, just before the “let me connect you automated voice” step. It can be confused as a connection error or call drop.

  6. Please create a firmware/profile version for the Poly CCX 700 for RingCentral MVP. Just like the "MS Teams" or "Zoom" profiles you can select from, there should be a "RingCentral MVP". So that you can utilize all the features of the CCX 700. Join Video Meetings, see your MVP Profile etc.

  9. I'm sure several companies must now have Microsoft Teams integration via RingCentral Cloud PBX, but there's no Service Status for if there are any outages or failures going on. This would help us determine if there's a global outage so that we submit tickets accordingly

  12. Essentially, we are using the web version of RingCentral as we use Linux (Ubuntu Mate) and it all works fine, except for the extension. If it has to use the google extension, then it is missing functionality that the web app has (in this case - we need the extension to have the "ask first" option on Transfers, which is doesn't.

Hi there,as I have to call on a regular basis different countries and have also different caller IDs I am wondering if there could be a setting or configuration that automatically assigns one of my caller IDs similar to the number I am calling.This is because when calling to the UK with a German number or vice versa calls not get picked up.This would be very helpful and timesaving. Thanks in advance.

  14. Hi Team,Currently, we can use HID devices for MS Teams, but it isn't integrated with Jabra and Plantronics, unlike the RingCentral app.It would be extremely beneficial for this to be made available for our customers especially for those who use Jabra/Plantronics headsets.

  15. When a call to a TFN is transferred, the RC Teams integration display the original callee with the destination number without listing that this has been transferred by an extension. This is creating a confusion to the users. The user will see the To as a different number or extension and they will ignore

  19. when on an MS Team call, and a call comes in on the RingCentral app, it will disconnect the MS Team callThis is a feature we use and we purchased our entire headset fleet to utilize call control. Having to turn it off to keep from being kicked off other calls is unacceptable. Why is this the solution to prevent this from happening?
