  1. In the Dynamics integration, it would be helpful to have central (administrative) control of the settings such as enable logging, screen pop, etc. This will make it easier to deploy to a large group of agents.

  2. The Chrome extension is syncing the contacts from their Google Enterprise directory. The request is to be able to sync the Google shared contacts as well, which may include contacts outsides of the organization.

  7. With the Teams embedded app, there is a chat that gets created with the RingCentral Bot. It provides notifications of text messages, missed calls, etc. Those bot messages provide phone numbers and extension numbers but does not convert these into names. It would be helpful to be send the names for users in their RingCentral tenant instead of (or in addition to) extension numbers. Further, any numbers not in their RingCentral directory could be compared with the MSFT contacts.

  8. Use Case: a high percentage of accounts for this customer have 10+ associated opportunities. The goal is to filter queried records in our SFDC - RingCentral integration by stage (for example their version of only seeing opps in stage 2/3/4) so that the relevant opportunity to log calls and activity against will tend to present, instead of a lengthier/trickier list of records to navigate.

  11. End users need a simple SMS solution that integrates into their web-based CRM. While our Google Chrome integration does off click-to SMS support, it does not support attachments or emojis. Customers need to direct their users to use the RC App when attachments and emojis are needed.

People love learning new things but people LOVE showing off the new things they have learned (bragging rights haha)The how to videos are great but a daily reminder or pop up will help keep all this amazing information locked in and relevant.. This would be a great addition (Specify the phone number to download when using Ringcentral Archiver to Dropbox connection.) as we have many phone number and I don't need to archive all of them, just a select few. It would also be great to be able to specify the folder within dropbox they will be saved.
